Callabyte Technology made everything straightforward. From the excavation and installation of utilities to the in-house install of the unit and password setup. Everything was activated quickly and has been reliable these last two years. There have been only minor interruptions to service for standard updates, which are always known about in advance. I'm very satisfied with the quality of speed. I think the price is reasonable for the basic package. I hope this company continues to stay "local" while growing across Mid-MO.

This is one of the few companies around that offers quality, integrity, and respect to their customers.

Well, we've had Callabyte for over 4 years now at a couple of properties. We spend a good chunk of money monthly ($375) for excellent internet and supposed excellent customer service. It used to be great.. but to say their customer service has plummeted in the last year is an understatement. TERRIBLE professionalism and competency from a few of their staff members. Very childish and disrespectful. You had better make sure to have cameras up on your property because their tech, JOSH, is a LIAR and falsifies his notes regarding his "services". And what makes it worse, their "support" team will argue with you, call you a liar, and stick to their techs word on the issue when I asked to be refunded the $60 service fee for something that was literally not even attempted to be done. Even though it is 12 peoples word against 1, they will not respect their loyal and honest customers concerns and will continue to overcharge you. Short story: We contacted Callabyte regarding an issue to be corrected mid/late Friday afternoon. They stated a tech would be onsite a short while later. Well, with a house full of 10 ladies (our guests) and my husband (we live in another home less than 50' away) waiting and waiting... The tech, "Josh", NEVER SHOWED! We called on Monday and "per their notes", Josh SUPPOSEDLY arrived to our home, knocked on both front and back doors, annddd called my husband and my cellphone. Weird, there are ZERO calls/voicemails to either of us, and both my husband and all 10 ladies staying with us stated the tech NEVER SHOWED UP. He falsified his documents and the company refuses to see another perspective to the situation. I spent way too much time explaining the blatant and honest truth for them to say they won't refund us. We will be taking our internet elsewhere. Since 2022, Callabyte has started acting like a corporate company and screwing over their customers and will only continue to get worse. Anything to make another buck off the middle man!

I've had several ISP's over the last ten or so years and Calabyte by far is the BEST! I rarely have outages, maintenance is quick and rare, and the techs have great customer service. Happy to subscribe! Price for my subscription is pretty good as well. 10/10 would recommend.

We were one of the first to connect to their fiber installation in our community. Professional from beginning to end. Speeds as advertised and have never experienced an outage. Great value! Customer Service tops, too!

Love our Callabyte! We have Internet, TV, and landland phone service. Any problems and they are here in a heartbeat. Had lightning run in on all our lines in late summer and they were here to fix and replace boxes immediately (and the service guys are great!).

Glad we made the switch when we did (just under 2 years ago). We have had excellent and dependable service since. We used to have an issue with internet not reaching across the house (even with an extender in direct line of sight of the router). Switched providers to Callabyte and issue was gone.

Installation and service has been great. Have experienced consistent excellent performance with limited downtime. Any downtime has been limited mostly to performance improvements, which are scheduled during none peak times. Excellent communication and staff have been great to work with.
