Aire Serv of Jefferson City

Really impressed with the professionalism and interest in his work shown by our technician today. Our A/C stopped cooling over the weekend, I called, set an appointment for 1:00-2:00 pm Monday, May 19, 2025. Your technician was here at 1:00 pm and departed by 2:00 pm after installing a new capacitor in our outside unit which fixed the problem. This is a very well run service company.

Working with AireServ was an easy process for me, start to finish! From scheduling with Bri, Liz and Travis, all the way through installation, they were friendly, efficient and very communicative! They came in beforehand to assess the project, then explained to me thoroughly what needed to be done and completed installation in one day! LaRee and Jay were exceptional in customer service and in the work that they did installing new sinks, drains and water systems in my new business! I appreciate their hard work and professionalism, and being treated like a friend! Special shout out to LaRee, that man is not only knowledgeable but also fine as hell and I'll request him every time! 10/10 recommend!

I had the opportunity to take advantage of the expert service offered by the Air Serv center in Jefferson City, Missouri. Three service technicians, Marshall, Kendra, and Michael did an outstanding job in rebuilding my heating and humidifying system for my home. They were all very skilled, professional and courteous. They all explained what was going to be done and how the repairs/replacements would operate to improve efficiency and output. These are the kinds of technical experts one hopes to engage in repairing their systems and I was fortunate to have the best. They deserve to be recognized and given whatever gratuity is permitted.

Thomas I Lindle was the young man from Aire Serv who did our air duct cleaning, and we could not be happier with the job he did. He was so friendly and professional throughout the five and a half hours he was at our home. Thomas answered all our questions, and we appreciated his expertise from the initial "vacuuming" to the sanitizing. We chose the top tier of service and that required having two pieces of equipment installed. Thank you to Aire Serv and Thomas Lindle for helping to make our home a healthier place for our family.

LaRee came out same day of calling for a repair, actually within 30 mins of calling for help. He was knowledgeable and very friendly and resolved our issues within 2 hours. Really appreciated how he took the time to explain what the issue was at my level. Would definitely look forward to working with LaRee again!

Mike came today and did a full day duct job in just a few hours. We are experimenting with connecting a heat pump hot water heater to our hvac, with an intake up to the attic so we can use hot air in the attic to heat our water. Mike was here first thing, was super nice, surprisingly fast, and the quality of work and care was top notch. Very pleased. We had already added a whole house dehumidifier earlier this season (in photo). I wanted to minimize additional mess. Mike tied the water heater into the return up high where it doesn't protrude and routed the exhaust back behind. He then cleaned up after himself, capped off an attic vent we no longer need and offered advice for how to get the most of the system. Would definitely want him to do any hvac work we need in the future

LaRee came out today and told us a few things that need to be done to our unit. He recommended a couple services that were more immediate and said he'd check back on the other issues later on as needed. He worked with us to get the price down and seemed like a nice, down to earth guy. House is finally cold again! Yayyy

Michael of Aire Serve did an awesome job installing our new furnace, kept everything neet while doing the job, and when he left, it was clean. No trash was left behind. Showed me how the new humidifier worked replacing filters. He did a great job
