Katy Trail Cottage

Riding the Katy Trail. This is a great place especially for cyclists. It is literally less than a block away after crossing the bridge into Jefferson City. The location to places to eat, shopping and site seeing is amazing. Everything is great. On top of the location, it is VERY neat, clean and welcoming. Thanks for a great stay.

A great place in a perfect location for cyclists traveling the Katy Trail. The cottage is just a few houses off the pedestrian bridge over the Missouri River, the accommodations are clean, a washer and dryer are available, and the fridge is stocked with Gatorade and ice cream. Paddy Malone's Irish Pub is a half-block away. It's a great place with great food. Enter the front door and more than likely the owners family will be at the front table and they'll point the way to open tables. There is also a nice, dog friendly deck around back.

We stayed at the Katy Trail Cottage while biking the Katy Trail. Great location less than a block from the bridge. Comfortable and clean with plenty of room.

If I could give this more stars, I would. My daughter and I, on a biking tour of the Katy Trail, stayed here one night. Wow, what a welcoming experience by someone who understands bikers: a personalized message on a white board, snacks on the counter, water bottles and ice cream cups in the refrigerator/freezer. The cottage is basically a duplex, and we had the entire ground floor apartment. It was clean and well-maintained. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom and kitchen stocked with supplies, and a washer/dryer in the basement with soap. We couldn't have asked for more. Thank you, Katy Trail Cottage!

Outstanding place to stay on the Katy Trail. It is clean, spacious, neat, tidy, well thought out, and a breeze to access literally feet from the Jefferson City spur. Cottage has the best snacks, fresh drinking water, fruit, and is close to a couple outstanding pubs restaurants. One of our best night trail sleeps was at the cottage.

Stayed here a 2nd time doing the Katy Trail! Can't recommend enough! If you are blessed enough to find it available-there's NO better place for biking the Katy Trail to stay in Jefferson City than here! Fantastic place! Highly recommended! Clean, comfortable and RIGHT off the bridge in Jefferson City!! No Jefferson City hills!! Super friendly hosts and they even had snacks available! So very thankful we were able to stay here!

Wonderful cottage for bikers that want close access to the Katy Trail as well as eateries like Paddy Malones (260' away) and Big Whiskey Brewery a few blocks away. Clean, comfortable furnishings and beds, snacks, water and Gatorade in fridge. AND bonus you can store bikes in the basement! Washer and dryer too. Honestly, it's perfect.

Great place for bikers (or anyone!) - clean, spacious, can do laundry and work on bike in basement. Little extras left for us (granola bars, water, bananas, chocolates, Gatorade, etc). Owners were very quick to respond when we needed something. Highly recommend.
