Good luck with customer service and getting ahold of someone. Be prepared to leave a message regardless of the time of day or day of the week. Someone will get back to you....or they won't....

Always been pretty impressed with the service side of things. After trying different towers and several years of spotty service (due to being in a hole) Mike and Cole found a solution to get me reliable service, next day. They went above and beyond to find a location on the property to get me much better signal strength and service.

I requested installation service on a Monday and was immediately returned with an update status on when and how everything would be done by email the same day. I got a call on a Thursday from the technician Justin in my area and he was fast and answered any questions I had, everything went smoothly. I'm happy with the service, I would recommend Stimulus broadband to any interested parties that are looking to give this company a go. Its been nearly a month and no issues.

Great customer service! The technicians are always so kind and willing to put forth any amount of effort. Not to mention the HUNK of a service technician they have, I forgot his name, but he's tall with blonde hair and glasses.

Im so very pleased so far with this company!! Really easy to work with, the installers were so polite and helpful,the ladies in the office are bright and cheery. Refreshing to say the least.

Was using a different provider and someone told us Stimulus was good. The teck put it in and I saw a great difference right away. I have no problems with it. We are very happy with them.

Wouldn't recommend, horrible customer service and the internet is even worse. Everytime I call to complain about service they blame it on the "tower." They never return calls for service after a complaint is made.

Kendra went above and beyond what mere Customer Service is with any other Company!!! So happy to have met her!
