I've been using wholesale internet for several years I go by DJ substance. I've worked with a staff many times for different issues and they've always been very prompt to help me they are very reasonable and it is solid service A+

Me and friend tried provider, support offers limited support and will not refund..Not to mention no KVM console so you're out of luck if doesnt boot correctly or have any problems.

Its been 3rd day we are requesting them to bring our server online, we hired a system admin to resolve the issue but their OS Reloading system is down. Joe from support team assured me to help shortly and keep saying that from last 2 days. It seems every person in this company has own predefined replies and they shoot you the same thing over and over again without reading your query. We lose about $500 and company trust just because of them. Its better to invest some more money and get server from trusted partners.

**January 23, 2019 update** Happy two year anniversary! Still no big issues, and no unexpected downtime. The hard drives are a bit slow, but plentiful. The only slowdown I've noticed due to the drives is when I am working with big data sets. On the plus side, for a low monthly fee, I have tons of space for many big data sets! It's not the most ideal setup, but it's perfect for the price. **Original** So far, so good! I haven't had anything spiral out of my control. I do not recall any downtime so far. I did have one annoying issue, but that was a mix of my fault, and theirs. This issue should have been resolved quickly, but ended up taking three days to resolve due to misunderstandings in our communication. Once we had our light bulb moment, the issue was immediately resolved. The original issue came up due to an automated system of theirs, which annoyed me, but I understand the reasoning behind it. Better safe than sorry! Overall, I like Wholesale Internet. You can't beat the price, but you should adjust your expectations accordingly. They are on top of security, which is a nice change for the lower end of the price range. Their support is just what I would expect (maybe even a little better than expected -- Dave is awesome!) for the peanuts I'm paying.

Excellent readily available low cost dedicated server hardware not many Bells and whistles and limited Tech Support but the pricing is excellent and I have never had an issue. Been hosting with them for years!

Absolutely pathetic. They disconnected, wiped off and resold my server after the expiration date on the credit card changed. They didn't even bother to notify me in any way. Not a single email.

I've had servers running all over the world since 1998 and am extremely happy with the value WholesaleInternet has provided these past few months. I'm a person who has several backups of my information in several remote locations and understand a simple dns change is all it takes to get back up and running and do not expect their service to provide backup, support, or anything other than a machine that runs 24/7. WhoesaleInternet has provided me just that... a machine that works. If you need handholding, training, any extra support other than what's provided by their console then maybe their service is not for you. I had one incident of interruption of service, but their explanation was valid and understandable. I pay $10/mo for something that would cost me $40+ elsewhere. Knowing that at worst case scenario I could quickly point DNS servers to my home fios ip address if all my other vps/dedi's were down I know this is a huge value. I've had their service for six months at this point and have nothing but positive things to say about them thus far. I'll update my review if anything changes in the future but at this point I say they're a great value for the service they provide.
