I can't say enough great things about Justyn Martin, one of Winning Tech's support specialists. He is truly amazing! Justyn is on top of every issue, thoroughly investigating problems and exploring all the options needed to resolve them. He's not only incredibly knowledgeable but also friendly and easy to talk to. What really sets Justyn apart is his ability to explain technical issues in a way that's easy to understand--no overwhelming IT jargon. He takes the time to help me grasp not just what the problem is, but why it happened and how he plans to fix it. Justyn and the entire Winning Tech team are exceptional. I couldn't ask for better support!

Last year, we decided to go with AT&T fiber internet because they told us that a dedicated fiber line comes with 100% uptime guaranteed - which we definitely needed. We are a co-working space that our members count on for high speed internet. When I reached out to AT&T yesterday when our internet went down, they gave me the same answer they would've given me if I was paying for a $50 a month internet service - "There are outages in your area. We're working on it". That is absolutely not what I paid for. Unlike AT&T, I don't feel comfortable telling our paying members that "they're working on it". I decided to reach out to Winning Tech since they installed all of our hardware. The rep who answered the phone said that someone would call me back in a few mins. When I received a return call, she said "We have someone in your area, so they are just going to swing by and see what they can do". Chad was here within 30 mins of my call and had everything back up and running in no time. I so much appreciate Winning Tech's fast response and solution. Total lifesaver!

As a small business and a contractor, I don't have time for nonsense. I need things to work when they're supposed to and systems in place to help me manage it all.
