They used my yard to put one of their boxes in the back, and in the front yard they pulled up then pushed under the street one of their fibre lines. After countless calls, complaints, and otherwise to fill the hole they left on multiple occasions in the front on two separate occasions, and countless calls to put their lid back on securely in the back to only find that whoever is installing the new lines to the box is making the hole larger and still leaving the lid off, I may finally fill both with concrete and call it a day to make their life as miserable and unsafe as they've made mine. Maybe this review will reach their corporate or the person responsible so they can fix it before I do.

Recently had had semo fiber ran to my home in preparation for an install, while doing so my spectrum internet was cut by accident. They accidentally cut it on a Saturday and I reached out to them later that day when I realized it and they sent the lineman back out to investigate, I informed him I didn't care if they fixed the line or not but I didn't want to be without service until install and advised them they could just install instead of repairing it. They went with the install and had a super polite and professional installer at my house on a Sunday to get me hooked right up. Dedication to a returning customer, gives me that warm fuzzy feeling that I made a good choice to switch to Semo Fiber. Thanks for taking care of your customer.

Very reliable an fast set up it's only been a few days an they already have most of the set up done absolutely love there service been great every time I used it an now Im becoming a member with there

We paid our bill last night around 7pm and 12 hours later our service is still NOT turned back on.
