Hotel room is nice enough. They had no glasses in the room other than two paper coffee cups. Housekeeping supervisor was rude when he brought up toilet paper and face towels and wouldn't smile or accept a tip. They have no valet parking which was a hassle with two senior citizens. They had one line in the casino for both reward cards and cashier. I waited in line forever because they kept letting VIP people go ahead of me until one VIP let me go in front of him. I was on the casino floor all day and didn't see a waitress to order a drink. The bar does not let you charge to your room which was an inconvenience and The payout is non existent. My Mom and I were both frustrated since there was no payback at all in 3 days! We tries almost every machine and nothing! The only nice restaurant steakhouse took a Sunday reservation online and they're not even open so we were scrounging Mother's Day for something to eat cause there were two mediocre restaurants open. I guess I'm spoiled but this place sucks like no other casino hotel I've ever been to. What a rip off!!!! Take it with a grain of salt cause I'm in Vegas 6 times a year and that's where I'll be going from now on. Horrible trip!!!! Forget the muddy water view, it's ugly as hell and no consolation.

I loved this Casio Resort. I visited Missouri for a weekend and had a great time. Everything you need is at the resort. The restaurant food was good. I loved the size of the rooms and the setup of everything in the room. The restaurant had robot waitress, lol that was first time being served by a robot. The casino was so nice. I had fun and won a few dollars. I plan on visiting again one day.

This hotel completely derailed my St. Louis vacation. After a long, exhausting drive, I arrived around 3pm, ready to check in and rest. The woman at the front desk was cold and unwelcoming--no smile, no eye contact, just a blunt request for my ID and credit card. I mentioned I was looking forward to a nap after a loud car ride with kids and asked if my room was ready. She replied, "Yes, but you can't check in until 4pm unless you pay $85 for early check-in." I was stunned. I was already paying $349 for one night--which is steep given the hotel tier. Her lack of empathy or basic customer service was astounding. I immediately regretted booking. With a toddler and other young kids, I had no chose to wander the casino walkways for an hour until the clock struck 4. Once in the room, the kids were excited to swim--the only reason we booked this hotel was for the indoor pool. We got everyone changed, made our way to the pool floor...only to be met with a sign: "Pool closed for the season." I later saw a small note on the hotel's website mentioning this, but I didn't book through their site and was never informed. That was strike two. Trying to salvage the evening, I told the kids we'd relax with cartoons while I took a quick nap. But--one TV had barely audible sound, even at full volume, and the other had nothing but static on every channel. I called the front desk, was told someone would come take a look... and no one ever showed. We left for dinner an hour later, came back, and nothing had changed. To top it all off, kids were running above our room late into the night, shaking the ceiling until nearly midnight. At that point, I didn't even bother calling the front desk. I was too fed up to waste more time expecting service that just wasn't going to happen. I truly wish I had saved myself $150 and booked a room at the Hilton or Drury around the corner. This experience might've been salvageable if the front desk had shown any trace of hospitality. But that cold check-in set the tone for a stay I'd rather forget.

This is a great hotel and casino, right on the river. The rooms are large and upscale, very nicely designed. Service is always exceptional. There's always parking, even for semi-trucks with trailers. There are many food options. And this place is packed nicely with slot machines and live tables, but it's not crammed, and still feels spacious and relaxing. Definitely a great place to stay if you're in the St. Louis/St. Charles area.

We had a 2Queen Suite. The room was nice. Thermostat/Temp control glcould be better. It always felt like the air was on regardless of how high we set it. Room could have been cleaned better...there were dust layers and trash items in the couch. We had a refrigerator, but not a microwave. Got charged a 'resort' fee but couldn't get a massage and the pool was closed. No one came to remove dirty towels/make the beds during our second day. For the cost of the room, I don't think it was worth it, but we did have a good time. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful.

We just went to rhe casino. Love the look of it. The entrance is very grand. Our only complaint is smoking is on the 1st floor and non smoking us on the 2nd. Smoke rises! So it definitely smelled up there as well.

As a travel blogger, I've stayed in many hotels, but my recent two-night stay here was one of the most disappointing experiences I've had. I came to relax after a tough week, but was met with a dirty room, missing essentials (no toothbrush, slippers, or enough towels), and unacceptable customer service. Despite arriving late, that doesn't excuse the lack of cleanliness--there were multiple hairs in the shower, and the room clearly hadn't been professionally cleaned. When I called the front desk, I was told essentials weren't available because room service had ended for the night, and I had to come downstairs myself. After sending a detailed complaint email with photo evidence, I received no proper resolution. I followed up by phone, and was shocked when the staff told me my sister, who booked the room, had to be the one to call--as if that excuses the hotel from addressing the issue with me directly. Even after attaching photos, they asked me to text them again. The lack of accountability and poor attitude toward guest experience was unacceptable. I don't recommend staying here--especially if you expect basic cleanliness and professionalism.
