Innsbrook Chalet- We stayed at their 'Turnberry Lakefront Getaway' The property has many issues wrapped in a pretty package. This place needs insulation or better venting for the furnace. All of the vents come out of only the walls adjacent to the utility closet in the middle of the house. It was so drafty. We were frozen to the core! We could not use the fireplace, since it was broken. We could not use the hot tub because the water level was low and was all gross and scaly. We paid a hefty price for amenities we could not even use. The bathrooms are very uncomfortable & need some repairs. Showers are so tiny! Water spraying out the side. The toilet is so close to the wall. Looks like amateur carpentry. Somewhat clean, but a lot of junk in cabinets, trash in the yard, thick dust under furniture, cobwebs. Clean everywhere else though. Most of the cooking pans are old. They have 2 nice pots & 1 cookie sheet to use. 2 good pie pans, 1 iron skillet, plenty of nice dinner wear. Their online photos show more than they really have. The house is very dark and the lights do not provide enough light. Bulbs were burned out. Hard to see in the evening. No lamp by bed. The stairs are hard to climb, more like a ladder. Comfy king bed. Clean linens. Nice dining room. Pretty area. Provided fun board games to play. Lots of deer to see. Not much to do around Wright City. Perhaps this place is best for a spring or fall stay. We have heard nothing back from this group regarding our poor stay. We would not stay again! We were so uncomfortable with the extreme cold and the claustrophobic showers.

Great stay in the perfect location! This house worked great for two couples and would work for 6 people, actually. Comfy beds, a good size dining table, and 2 bathrooms made our stay a happy one.

The house was great and plenty of room for two families with kids. We loved the game room. The beds were really comfy. We had a problem with the hot tub not being clean but they did come out the same day and fix that for us so still a five star. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back when the pool is open.

Stay Lage has been absolutely amazing to work with. They held our hands in getting our properties up and running. They provided us with detailed analysis' on each of our properties to give us peace of mind in knowing how each one would do as a short term rental. We started with just one property with them two years ago and are up to 5 and they are rocking and rolling! They're our management company of choice and will be sticking with them for the long run! We love Stay Lage!

Our stay was awesome! The beds were super comfy, the restrooms were clean and stocked with convenient toiletries and the kitchen was perfect to whip up a quick breakfast before going about our day. My 7yo daughter also enjoyed the few toys, bean bags, and crafts found. The village and magic mountain areas were are very close by. 10/10 recommend for families visiting the big bear mountain area.

I enjoyed my stay because the house was in a quiet neighborhood and had all the amenities including comfortable and clean bedding and plenty of towels in the bathroom. The house is recently renovated but still has early 20th century charm. All the Furnishings are modern including the kitchen and bathroom. The house is very sunny. The neighborhood is quiet and there is both street parking and room for up to three vehicles in the back in the alley. I felt it was safe to park my Mercedes both behind and in front of the house.

The home was great. For a group of us traveling for work it was just the perfect place to end the day. The back area was the perfect place to wind down and relax. All of the beds were very clean and super conformable. Would definitely recommend and if we ever go back to St. Charles would definitely like to stay there again.

The property on Itaska was outstanding! Clean, comfortable, and homey. We stayed for 4 days and 3 nights, and it felt like we hadn't left home. We utilized the full kitchen, and the queen sized bed was super comfy! It was peaceful and quiet, the perfect place for a romantic getaway! We would definitely come stay here again!
