I requested an estimate to replace my 200 amp electrical panel and it was done in a timely fashion. All of the other companies that I called only had an answering machine and never returned my call. I accepted the estimate and ask them to scheduled an appointment for installation. They called to back with a recommend installation date and asked if that would work for me. The service technician showed up and completed all of the work in one visit. My invoice for the work was exactly the amount on the estimate plus sales tax for materials. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We would highly recommend this Company to anyone looking for Electrical service. They were very professional and the customer service was outstanding. The technician showed up on time and the craftsmanship was excellent. On top of that the price was very fair and the communication was amazing start to finish. Unfortunately, since my last review of this company, things haven't gone so well. The work has been complete at our home for weeks, and they have not sent us an invoice. We're concerned they are not sure how much time/materials were spent on the job, and the uncertainty is very troubling. The work has been great, but follow through and billing has not been good. Something you should consider if you have a large residential project you're managing yourself.

Very professional company committed to doing the right thing. Was very happy with emergency replacement of circuit breaker box for welded old box prior to leaving town for vacation. Install was very professional. Unfortunately contractors model box was accidentally installed. TSI was very committed to do the right thing and arranged replacement with the copper bus model I wanted. Even though cost difference between the two boxes was minimal they did the right thing and replaced the box with the one I wanted even though their labor cost was doubled. The installer "Bill" was very polite and professional and I was impressed with the install. I have a degree in electrical engineering and could not be happier with the job. Highly recommended.

This was our first time contacting TSI for a quote to install recessed lighting in our kitchen. The individuals that we communicated with, Cindy, Brandon and Alex were all very professional and friendly. After going over the quote, we decided to have TSI to do the work. Alex installed the lights. We are very pleased and satisfied with the work. Alex is very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend TSI. We are already planning another project.

The estimate from Brandon, customer service from Cindy, and electrical work by Alex were professional and above expectations. Alex kept me informed throughout the installation process. I had TSI install LED recessed lighting in my kitchen and living room. I was very pleased with their professionalism along with the work they did. They were very timely with the scheduling and completion of the work. I will certainly use them again for my residential electrical needs.

I really appreciate the fine work that TSI did for our subdivision. The person that did the estimate for the work showed up when he said he was going to and he was very knowledgeable. I asked for the person actually doing the work to call me when he arrived at the subdivision gates. The electrician correctly diagnosed the problem and fixed the issue when two other electricians I called wanted to hire a boring machine at a cost of well over $4000!
