Tracy in at the Herrin, Illinois location double charged my card without authorization. When I called after I discovered the issue, she was terribly rude. She has poor customer service skills and should not be in that position. Might I add it's illegal to charge someone's card without their say so, so as far as I am concerned she is a thief. I have been there for 2 years. BRING ERICA BACK AND FIRE TRACY. I will never buy another item for this location. Marion will be my Rent One store.

I've had nothing but good experiences with lisa and David with rent one in searcy Arkansas. They have helped me out in several ways and I've also almost got everything paid off. I've been a customer for over two years. And have really had no problems with any of my items and when I have they are here with in the week to either fix them or send them off to get fixed. I've been more then happy with there store.

I am renting from the store in Kansas City Kansas. I have never been late until recently. I am on FMLA and in the hospital and they continue to harass me daily. I am a manager with an established organization. Things come up. It's not like I'm saying I'm not paying! The corporate office should really be ashamed with the staff they have in their kansas city KS location! I would never recommend them to anyone! Needless to say I will be returning my product and you guys have lost a good customer!

I bought a paid off a Dell all in one. That was a couple years ago. As for me getting a power supply cord the never had. I never miss a payment. It's paid off. Here it's another year still no power cord.

i am buying camo furniture and two tvs and ps4 always make my payment on time and i made my payment today and they still called and asked when i was going to make my payment then i got a bed from them which was very uncomfortable and they were suppose to come and get it at 5:30pm and i called then at 542pm and they said i will be tomorow paragould store is a rip off so beware

Rent one in Mayfield Kentucky don't care for any of there customers it's eather you pay on time or you have a late fee on each item.i usually get payed on Friday but something went wrong with the checks so my work had to remake them so we wouldn't get them till Monday morning so I called rent one to let them know and all they would say was that's fine but there will be three late fees I was like really I'm always on time and this ain't my fault I even offered to give them my work number knowing I work for the state representative he would not lie to them but they did not care they said eather pay the late fees or return the item.all I can say is you dame crooks smh so I call the head office and of course there always busy and will never return your calls so I guess the next step is to try and shut them down.i will never refer anyone to this place.it all went down hill when Bridget left

The manager in warren,Ohio an ignorant manager I filed complaints on her before so my husband went back after few years and still the same she's unprofessional we had to get a refrigerator asap we've only had it 3wks she's wanting 2 more payments that make 5wks just pd her 60 Monday back at my door leaving her tag to discuss account or take product I don't no why she wasn't fired the last time she's very unprofessional I'll make sure bbb hears from me your company headquarters needs to get rid of her word a mouth can hurt a buisness.i hear others complain about same manager GET RID OF HER

This place in sullivan mo is a damn rip off Charles is great good salesman but the boss mcayla is on one he'll of a power trip wouldn't work a deal with me on some couches tried to get every last dime she could out of me they were only 350 to begin with and I've paid 325 in and she saying my pay off is still 214 don't get nothing from here or they will bend YOU over and give it to u u in he'll would u give someone with no damn experience as a manager a manager position
