Edit: Don't buy the reply from the owner. If they truly aren't aware of what their marketing team is doing, then my point still stands - poorly ran company.

horrible horrible customer service. no follow through on customer questions. response and turnaround is lacking since day one. they only want to work with you if you've got a big project and lots of cash. and even then, they're not exactly hopping to help you.
This company is a mess. They are lack of communication, lack of expertise and lack of leadership. Beware when dealing with them. Make sure you have good documentation for all your conversations with them.
