I been having a hard time finding a 4bd for me and my kids. But I seen that investment had one for rent. I applied and Danielle helped me through the whole process she made me feel appreciated and was all into getting everything done in a timely manner. She is very respectful and made my process less stressful trying to find a home for my little family. I did my application on Friday and she had everything approved for me by Monday. Super excited about our new home and working with Danielle and Investment. Definitely would recommend working with them. Thank you Danielle and Investment for helping me find a home.

This company is lucky to have Danielle, her personality shows through her work. She is very kind and calm but still gives you the proper guidance and information you need to make a great decision. This company solid, the website is easy to use to pay as well as submit work orders if needed. The website allows you to use it as a one stop shop and download the documents you need when you need them. I'm very grateful to do business here again.

Wonderful staff at the Waynesville, St. Robert's location. Polite and courteous with customer happiness and intent of future business was very welcoming. Also Ms. Danielle was so helpful in finding my new location with very quick with all aspects of the renting process.

She assisted me through the whole process and answered all the questions I had or at least pointed me in the right direction to find the answers. No issues so far with the Company!.

I have dealt with both investment and walker rentals. I have only rented from investment, they have been wonderful any maintenance needs or questions I have had no matter how small or major have been taken care of in an above and beyond manor. My experience with walker never made it past discussing renting a place. My experience with that was full of attitude. With the frustration of dealing with walker a really appreciate miss Gabby from investment. See investment was my current landlord which walker wanted to talk to. Though it seemed they wanted everyone else to do all the work as far as contacting and paperwork. Everything. Miss gabby was much help then. It actually stared me away from walker and helped me see even though investment might charge a little more per property, there service is well worth it. So I have decided to stay with them. Thank you Gabby and the rest of investment for being great landlords. I would personally recommend them over anyone else in Pulaski county.

Ben and the maintenance team have been great! Fixing several issues quickly, even during the recent winter storm and extreme cold weather. From roof siding that came off during a storm and fixing my water heater after it kept tripping the breaker. All was either completed the next day, at most two days after reporting. No issues with allowing them to work when I am not there.

Ever since Investment Realty took over the apartments I lived in, I've had good experiences with their maintenance. I would put in a request on the app and in less than 2 days, they'd be there fixing the problem. They always fixed it. Just recently my fridge door came off its hinges, I put in a request that night and they came to fix it the next morning. The only reason I'm giving them 4 stars is because in the apartments I'm living in, they didn't tell me there was a fee for water until I was done with the application. It's not much but it changes plans a bit. Other than that, I haven't had any problems I can say I've experienced.

Update to my last review back in 2019 because not only did they refund my money that I had paid for the next month rent but also my full security deposit and in a very timely manner. I was on orders to Fort Knox and they were very helpful! I fully recommend them!
