Finance is located on the first floor. ID Cards, DEERS, Relocation, and MPD are upstairs. Call before coming for services, hours vary due to training. The employees really help as much as they can. If you don't have an appointment for CAC related issues, walk in as soon as they open, it's a long wait.

Dillard Hall/470 is great! The staff are nice, friendly, knowledgeable, and super helpful with the classes they give, and the other jobs to help serve the Fort Leonard Wood Community. Have a great day!

Absolutely appalling behavior from the guy in the DEERs office today. FUN FACT when I'm watching your face and I inform you that it is nearly impossible to get my husband in there with me (due to his exhaustive and demanding training) I can see you roll your eyes like I'm making excuses. We are currently down to one car, no dryer, and several other things because we only have weekends to get things done. It was insensitive and asinine. I'm referring to you bald man with glasses. Learn to control your face

This building isn't elderly friendly. It's fine for those who use and need wheelchairs, but the steps are hard on the knees as is the wheelchair ramp because it has to be so long. I almost didn't make it. I Had called to see if you had to have an appointment to renew your ID card and was told no appointments were necessary, when I got there they asked me if I had made an appointment. So I guess they can't make up their minds, turns out their computer system was down anyway, We will have to make another 100 mile round trip to come back.

Went here to get my retired USMC military ID card. My advice is to get there early and make an appointment. It is not first come first serve. We waited over three hours and then there computers went down. There were several people that had been there since 10am and we ended up leaving at 3pm because of the computers. The staff seemed very nice but the entire process seemed very unorganized and slow.

I went there today when I found out that I had made a mistake in my ID card actually runs out tomorrow the not 7th.... the 17th...I was told Friday to come on in on Monday then they may try to fit me in and when I got there the staff was very courteous and they fit me in with no problem. I only had to wait about an hour but that was because there was three appointments ahead of me and they did the best they could to get me in and out in a timely manner and they let me know when they were delayed. I really appreciate their willingness to help me.

Visited the FCC office. Fabulous workers who try hard to answer questions about day care/hourly care options as well as every other odd question that comes up in conversation. Office is extremely efficient with day care/hourly care information. Furthermore, the staff takes time to decorate the entire office in honor of the current calendar holiday or season. Enjoyable atmosphere that is very child centered for little ones to accompany his/her parent when the parent is inquiring about child care programs.
