Big Mountain Ciderworks

What a cool place! Fun selection of ciders to sample. Food was all amazing. Everyone in out group loved what they ordered. We all passed it around to sample and everyone was super impressed. Definitely will be going back next time I'm in town. The caso dip was off the hook. The Thai fries were worth fighting over.

Great place to check out and have great cider and really good food. Really chill place with a good atmosphere and you can see there orchards right next to them. Really feels like a farm to table place. I would highly recommend checking them. Staff was super friendly, fast and great service.

Everytime I've been they're they've been so amazing. Today we had dinner there and Addie was amazing, even with how busy it was. Her personality is the best. Service was impeccable, food and drinks were on point. We cannot express how good the service was. Absolutely the best.

Addy is an exceptional server. Even though they had a full house, she made us feel like the only 13 top table in the house. Not only did she check on us often but she nailed our order without a pen! We absolutely will be back. Probably with more than 13 of our closest friends because she can handle a crowd of rowdy locals like no other waitress in the valley, it's so nice to have a waitress that can have a bright personality and enhance our dining experience. The food was great but the service made it exceptional. Thank you Addy! You're a unicorn! My mom loved you!

Update- First off, their ciders are awesome, but now they only sell four flavors. The interior is very loud. The peanut Thai bowl is very good, as are their burgers and fries. The rosemary & Parmesan fry appetizer is tasty with two dipping sauces. The cheese curd appetizer is like mini mozzarella sticks - yum. The Caesar salad wasn't good at all though. We were a party of eight and were seating within 15 minutes on a Friday evening. When we asked the server to split the check four ways, she said she could only split it down the middle. A woman had a medical emergency and the staff responded immediately to come to her rescue and tend to her while waiting for paramedics. Tasty drinks and food, friendly and prompt service, and good atmosphere. It's a bit loud inside but that didn't really bother any of us. The five-glass cider flights are fun. The Thai peanut bowl has good heat and tasty flavor. Burgers and fries are excellent. Cheese curds taste like small mozzarella sticks. If you're wanting the portobello burger, know that it's actually a beef patty with small mushrooms. We met here to celebrate a friend's birthday, so the cake is something we brought and isn't on the menu.

As a local who has enjoyed visiting Big Mountain Ciderworks, I must express my disappointment with my recent experiences at this once-cozy spot. Unfortunately, during my last few visits, I've faced long wait times for my food, ranging from 30 to 45 minutes. Each time, I've found myself having to approach the bar to inquire about my order. During my most recent visit, when I brought up the recurring issue of delays, I was met with annoyance rather than understanding. While I empathize with the bartenders, it's clear that they are overstretched, as their attitudes suggest this is a common complaint. It's disheartening to see the hardworking staff feeling the pressure, and it just doesn't feel like the intimate little spot it once was. I truly want to support local businesses, but the consistent wait times have made it difficult for me to feel comfortable returning. I hope the management can address these staffing issues and improve the overall dining experience. Until then, I regret to say that I'll be looking elsewhere for my dining needs. Updated Response:- Thank you for your response and for looking into my review on Google. I appreciate that you spoke with the server about my visit. However, I want to clarify that while she may have apologized, her tone did not come across as kind or caring, which is a concern for me. Instead, it felt rude and more annoyed than understanding. Additionally, just because you couldn't find my name in your point of sale system doesn't mean that my relatives and I haven't been there and paid for our meals. On that day, I paid with my mom's credit card, as was her request. I also genuinely wasn't expecting fast food service, but I did anticipate good customer service and clear communication regarding any issues that could have caused delays in our food. Unfortunately, there was none of that on that day. If I had felt that the waitress genuinely cared about my situation or had informed us about any delays, I likely wouldn't have left a review. I sincerely feel that my account wasn't fully taken into consideration, as there were definitely steps that could have been taken to improve the experience for everyone involved.

Very good ciders. Tons of staff and all very friendly. The seasonal menu was a great choice. The waygu burger was cooked perfectly! The fry sauce was the perfect amount of spicy.

Fabulous place! Food portions are large and delicious! Cider is awesome!
