Budget Host Parkway Motel

Fantastic place for a cheap price. Room felt a bit like staying at grandma's house overnight. Yes, some things were older and out-of-date, but the whole place definitely had a homey feel. You can tell that the owner has pride in the property. Staff was very polite, wonderful to work with. If I pass through again, this is my go-to for a good rest.

First our room was a two bedroom two queen size beds. was cool. Had a Fridge and a microwave. Nothing what so ever is updated. I have done a lot of traveling. Never have I payed more than 75.00 for a motel room. In any state. Including the state I live in. the water was hot. Before they start charging upscale Hotel prices. They really need to invest in a major upgrade. Also different websites give you differant information so call before you show up. Otherwise you will have a big argument on you your hands

My family and I stayed here in the Spring of 2014. Our room was very nice! (They've apparently been progressively remodeling and we got one of those.) Very clean and nicely furnished. The owner was very friendly and helpful with travel information. And the view of the nearby mountain upon exiting in the morning was breathtaking!

Too bad you can't give it zero stars. Our non-smoking room was thick with cigarette smell and smoke. Manager was very unfriendly bordering rude. No remote so only 1 channel. Barking dogs all night. Crazy loud broken air conditioner sounded like a hazard alarm. Shower didn't drain. Worst bed ever. Pay the extra $10 and stay somewhere else. I know I will next time. Worst 2 star motel experience I've ever had.

Was the only motel that wouldn't complain about the price, but the room we got was musky in a corner and I am always happy that I bring the febreeze with me or we would have slept in the car. It was like stepping in the back to the future, it was unbelievable, the bed has been there since the motel opened. So I would not recommend this place and keep driving till you find one that is in the future. .

Really gross. Only because our group couldn't get enough rooms elsewhere and we already reserved with a credit card. The bed frame is all nasty dirty and the whole bed is crooked. Im not taking my shoes off, and removed the nasty comforter off the bed as soon as we got here. $99 for this room? I wouldn't stay here again if it was free. Hoping for no bed bugs.

The room was warm when we first entered which was good because there was a general power outage. The power did not come in until well after midnight. My complaint with the room was that there was food and trash in the garbage in the bathroom, used soaps around the tub with no fresh soaps and most importantly no toilet paper. The room was clean but not the bathroom. Also no privacy curtain over the bathroom window.

Nice quiet rooms and affordable laundry. The staff was wonderful and the owner was so nice! Thanks for helping to make my trip so wonderful. Very restful and comfortable at your motel! This photo is from the parking lot of the hotel looking across the street to the East and a little South.
