Blackfoot Communications

The service provided by Blackfoot was simply amazing during the past four years. We experienced just a couple of outages that didn't last but a few hours. The staff at the Missoula office is absolutely knowledgeable and professional!

I have been living in Thompson Falls for 13 year now. Blackfoot has been my provider for phone and internet this entire time. The service has always been reliable. When problems arise (usually due to "mother nature") Blackfoot is out there resolving the issue immediately. Blackfoot makes it customers top priority. Finally, whenever I need to call or speak with someone, they are always available, friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is a great company!!

Blackfoot communications have been the best internet net provider I have dealt with. They were prompt with installation (actually quicker than I had been told and expected). Their service department and technician are super to work with. We haven't had any interruptions with our service that I am aware of, and the speed is the best I have had with a provider. The price did go up a little this year, but so has everything! Thank you Blackfoot communications for your service.

I have been very happy with my internet service. It was very quick and simple to set up. I waited two weeks for Fyber to be installed just so they could tell me they couldn't sue to the trees in the area. I called Blackfoot and had internet service in just a few days. All my equipment was included in the low monthly price. They did raise my rate $5 but it is still worth the service. I have had no problems with outages and the plan I choose was perfect for me. I am 100% satisfied with Blackfoot.

Every call I've put in for customer support has been answered quickly and my issues have always been handled ahead of any forecasted times. I can not say enough about the support team of Blackfoot, there is nothing that I have requested or reported that has been refused. A courtesy call to my personal and work phone afterwards to ensure my issues were resolved was a great touch, Blackfoot redefines customer service every time.

We are thankful to have consistent internet although it seems that certain times of the day the signal strength is minimal and the speed very slow. We don't game, stream movies or music nor "work" from home so our service is adequate but expensive for the quality of service. Hopefully all this will resolve with the completion of the Fiber Optic installation. Thank you.

I have been with Blackfoot Communications for almost ten years now. Total satisfaction with my land line phone and my internet service. A huge bonus, that you don't see anymore or any where else that i know of is the dividend check we get every spring, coming here from the State of Maine that is a huge bonus. If you ever need internet and can get any other internet get the other one! It is down every 15 to 30 minutes and you have to restart it. I do not recommend this internet provider! Not good for work and not good for even just two cell phones.
