I went to Rocina for a perm a couple weeks ago. I made an appointment and was sitting for 30 minutes longer before anyone called me back. She then did the perm and charged me $200. before i left she said the perm might look bad because she can tell that i bleached my hair before. I in fact have not bleached my hair and that was an immediate concern to me because it made me think she didn't do it properly and blamed it on me. I decided to wait for the results, and now my hair is constantly frizzy and damaged even when i try to style it. i even went out and bought the sulfate free shampoo and conditioner, and a brand new hair dryer and it is not curly at all and now i wish i would have kept my healthy straight hair. I feel like i was cheated out of my money and i am not happy with my results.

I highly recommend Josh the massage therapist at Bella and Co in LaVista. He is so professional and knowledgeable. I was diagnosed with frozen shoulder, and he has helped better in two sessions more than two months of physical therapy. He's amazing!

I have gone to Taryn at Bella & Co for years and she is AMAZING. Even if I don't fully know what I want, she always seems to know what to do to make me happy. I have always left her chair feeling great about my hair! She is also super friendly and always gets me in as soon as she can whenever I need it. THANK YOU Taryn!

This spa/salon recently moved from Cornhusker in Bellevue to la Vista. There is ample parking in the front of the building in a large shared parking lot. The furnishings are very minimalistic at the moment. There is another waiting room for when you do your facial or massage. That waiting area is nicer. This review is for their facials. My skin was much more even in tone and glowing. If they do some minor changes I would give it a 5. The esthetician did not explain the process to me. She was friendly and chatty but did not explain what she was doing to my face. I could have asked her, but I think it would have been better if she had given the option. Most facials come with extractions but this one did not. I did leave with blackheads. She had asked me in the beginning what I was looking for and I did say hydration. I had expected blackhead extraction so did not think I needed to specify. As there was no explanation of the game plan, there was not enough communication as to what the expectations should be. It was a very relaxing facial and perfect if you want to just have a restful hour. I did use a Groupon when I went to try it out. I would definitely recommend it and seeing for yourself! I would go back myself and next time ask for the explanation. Not knowing their process I didn't know what to expect.

Love coming to Bella & Co! Josh is my go to for massages. He added a 3 hour massage so I thought I'd try it. It's definitely not for everyone. But we were able to work through ALL my issues in 1 session and it went faster than I thought. Made me feel comfortable the entire time. He's always professional and will help you through any issues you have.

I bought 3 bubble necklaces for Christmas. 1 of them arrived with a broken chain. I emailed Bell & Company on 12/26 and still have no response on 1/15. Horrible customer service!!! I do not recommend purchasing from this company as you can't get any response from them nevermind a resolution.

This beauty salon is super cute inside and they offer a wide variety of services. In the past my daughter has gotten her hair cut and colored a few different times. I have gone in a couple of times to get my eyebrows shaped and tinted. I love the way they look but unfortunately I can't afford the one hundred dollar price tag every four weeks to keep them up.

Great experience at Bella and Co! Both my children and I go here and we have been very happy. They're very professional and extremely talented - highly recommend Nikala, Sarah, and Taryn! Also have a really cute boutique and tons and tons of great product! (Photo = hair by Nikala)
