I have tried so hard to work with this company but it is not worth the effort. A tech came out and said my signal was weak but they were installing a system on a grain storage bin at my neighbors house. I was to hear back in a couple of days. That was months ago. I have sent e mails that get answered with "we'll get on it right away" and nothin happens. Their phone # goes unanswered and they do not have a voice mail option. All this and to make me certain that this is a wanna be company trying to play in the big leagues, I get dozens of emails from the company asking if I am ready to install. Yes I said many times but not any more. I have a felling that their signal quality is no better than their customer service so I may have dodged a bigger hassle.

LTD went above and beyond to get us service. Tech Jeremy did a great job, very professional! Christine was great also updating us on the status of our install. Thanks Christine and Jeremy!

Jeremy showed up early andwand able to work around my landlords rules for install. So definitely happy with the install process. UPDATE: JOKE OF A COMPANY. WORST SERVICE EVER. IF THIS WAS AVAILABLE IN A GRAVEYARD DEAD PEOPLE WOULD COME TO LIFE AND MOVE OUT THE GRAVEYARD AT A FASTER PACE THAN THEIR INTERNET SERVICE

Just got LTD Broadband hooked up at our house in the country! Jeremy did a great job booking our stuff up! I'll update this review in a few months of having this internet!

Do not let this company take your money. It only works half the time. It takes weeks before a tech person comes out.
