I came here to have the hinges fixed on my laptop. They fixed the hinges, but then the touchpad no longer worked. I took it back, and they kept it for almost 1 1/2 weeks. It was during my spring break, so I didn't have time to work on my project at all. They said the motherboard was bad. They did replace the laptop and put my hard drive in the refurbished one of the same model. When I got it back, the sound was crackling. They offered to fix it, but at that point, I didn't want to risk having more problems with the laptop. Now, this refurbished one still has bad sound. It's slower than my other laptop, and the screen freezes and glitches a lot. My computer was honestly working better before I brought it here in the first place. They paid for the replacement laptop, and it should be that. If you break it you buy it. There's no way that I broke it if it was fine before I brought it there. I'm a game developer and am making a very important project that I've been working on for a year now. It's so important to me, and I've put many hours of my life into this. I tried to be nice about everything, but it just seems this place didn't care about it enough. I will not be going here again. They ruined my computer. I put this review up here a while ago, but they called me right away and told me to delete it. They said they would take away my computer back if i didn't delete the review. The owner said that me putting a one star review was "disturbing" It's clear they care much more about their reviews than their actual service they provide, because there should be no reason to constantly check every review to make sure that they're all 5 stars. This place has caused so much stress for me and my computer is now worse than it was before. I am very upset with this, and my computer has crashed many times, even sometimes right before I was about to save something. My computer is very important to me and I have a really important project I've been working on for almost a year. Also if you're reading this, please don't call me back. Please don't reply to this. I just want this to be done and over with. This has caused me enough stress in my life.

They were able to diagnose, clean/repair, and get my laptop back to me faster than anticipated. I believe it was under a week to get it fixed. This was the first time using a computer repair service, but I felt like my computer still had life in it and new would have at least doubled the cost. Technicians explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand what was wrong with it.

Great store, Gene is the man! We bought a portable monitor and he was super helpful with testing and letting us quickly use it for a bit before we paid for it. Honestly can't say enough about how cool and friendly Gene was!

We have been getting computer services at the Lincoln location for about 3 years. Always quick, professional and good work! Recently invested in getting a built pc at this location and they emailed me back and forth with specs and prices for a couple days until it was just what I wanted. Pc has been running great and ended up way more affordable than pre-build pcs we've bought in the past! My SO's pc is a pre-built pc and has been having cooling issues since we bought the thing. Took it into Quick Connect and they were able to updrage/fix the horrible premade setup from the original NFM purchase. The extra, reasonably priced, investment in his i9 will hopefully last him another 2-3 years! We've had great service over the years even with minor fixes and checks and I have and will continue to mention them to friends who are looking for all kinds of computer services.

The front desk staff was friendly. For my laptop, there was a small issue with a hard drive screw that had dropped. I was in a bit of a rush, but they managed to fix my computer issue in a timely manner, which I really appreciated.

TL;DR - prompt sales contacts - reasonable labor turnaround time - 3% CC fee on top of total - required me to pay for their error AFTER I had already paid the balance due. Full recap: This was one of the most bizarre experiences I've had as a customer. I won't be returning. I was a first-time customer looking to have a laptop charging port fixed (January 2025). After getting an estimate via email, I took the machine in. I paid upfront for the diagnostic service to confirm the issue was the port. After waiting a few days, I was contacted and informed that the port indeed needed replaced and was quoted another estimated value following their diagnostic fee (the total fit within the sales estimate). I was also informed that they would have to order the part in, so it would take a few days. A few days go by, and they call to tell me it's ready to pick up. They cited the final remaining amount, so I was ready when I stopped by. I wasn't able to make it in that day, but I came in over 24 hours later to grab it. I paid the balance and left. Before the day was over, they called me to tell me they forgot to enter a value for the part they replaced ($20), and I would need to come in to pay the rest. He also suggested I could pay over the phone with a credit card for an extra 3% fee (they also charge this fee in-store, fyi). I was honestly taken aback that they'd require me to cover what was clearly their mistake on a $225 service (now increased to 245). I stopped by a couple of days later, paid the $20 + tax, and let them know I'd never come back. They called me a little while later to say, "The boss would refund the $20 charge." If I were to come back in, they would process the refund. The utter lack of professionalism in asking the customer to cover their mistake and the fact that the laptop still won't take a charge consistently leads me to not care to return for further service or even the refund.

I highly recommend this place to anybody who needs to have their computers built, fixed, or serviced. I have been coming here for the last 2 years after having them build my computer. They do pretty much anything I need done at a very reasonable price. They are also extremely flexible and will work with whatever issues you have. This business doesn't just take your money and send you off, they make sure that you are satisfied with your product that they gave to you. Please give this place your business if you want a stress free computer build, service, or fix as said earlier.
