Schrock Innovations

My experiences with Schrock Innovations at 7501 South 15th Street in Lincoln, Nebraska continue to be outstanding. Just as Andrew helped a few weeks ago, yesterday I had a complicated issue, and Kyle was there to assist me. Kyle provided prompt professional service and answered all my questions resolving my issue completely. I highly recommend Schrock for computer service and the outstanding people like Kyle that go the extra distance to help. Thank you!

I had an issue with my MacBook Pro not charging. I took it to Schrock Innovations because they were close to where I reside. I talked to one of the techs there and they checked me in and said that they will check it out to see what's the issue. They called me the next day to say that it was ready and that I can come get it (great ). The tech tells me that he put it on the charger over night and it charged. The only issue is that my charger is bad and that I needed a different one or a new one. Awesome right.. Then he tells me it's $150.00. Ouch I paid them $150.00 just to tell me I needed a different charger??? I know I need to pay them for there time, but charge me $150.00. The money was no problem, it was just the principle of it. I just felt taken advantage of... Bummer I'm not posting this because I'm mad at them, I'm posting this because It bothered me so much.

Andrew did a job taking care of all my issues in a timely manner And he was so nice. Didn't make me feel inadequate at all. As I am not very computer savey. Thanks so much Andrew!! Have a great Day

We took our computer in to inquire about its ability to handle software updates and to correct an issue with its file structure. They looked it over, updated the software, fixed the set up structure and made some recommendations. They had it for 48 hours as is their policy and gave us a first time using their services discount. Thank you Schrock!!

Microsoft dropped my email program on my old computer. I took it into Schrock on Wednesday as a new customer. I picked it up Thursday pm and it is working just like it used to. They advised me on the condition of my unit and the limitations for upgrading. When the time comes, I will be contacting Schrock for my new replacement unit. Totally satisfied and pleasantly impressed.

I took my computer in to get it fixed done in 15 minutes this place is awesome n they didn't charge me anything !!! I really appreciated the young lady explaining to me what was going on so i could understand it... Thank You so much !!

You guys are great! For situations just like I experience today is why I use Schrock. I had started receiving numerous popup's that were inhibiting my ability to work on my laptop. I called Schrock, Burro's (sp?), answered the phone and after the introduction and me explaining my problem, he confidently and assuringly said sure, I can remote in and take care of that. Just like that, we initiated a remote session and Burro went in and fixed the issue in short order and eliminated the root cause, and now I am back in business. Now THAT folks is customer service! I have a Schrock Holiday Special laptop with the Schrock recommended Sophos installed that I keep current, highly recommended.

Great work by Parker helping me to disengage from a Phishing attempt. Not only did he fix my problem quickly, he added a Popup Blocker to avoid similar such attempts in the future. Great, friendly service and I am so appreciative of him.
