Dex YP

We had advertising contracts with Dex for both of our business in 2015, and we paid for these in full at the beginning of the contract to take advantage of the discount for doing so. In early 2016, Dex attempted to withdraw $350 from our bank account, which I paid $30 to,put a stop payment on as our accounts were paid in full. For moths we receieved erroneous bills, and finally on July 21, 2016, I received a letter stating our accounts were paid in full and that I would receive a billing statement indicating a zero balance shortly. I never received such statement. I did continue to receive billing emails, and was advised by Dex to ignore them because they accounts are paid in full. However, today I received a bill for over $450, and threatening to report us to credit bureaus. This company is a scam, has horrible customer service and harasses small businesses.

The worst company to work with. They did nothing for me and billed me $1700 and then went to a dump and dug up the audacity to send me to collections. This company is the definition of scum, and preys on small businesses.

Good facility with good staff. Their services are a bit pricey, but that's the cost of doing business.

Great place to work and do business! Every business big or small can afford it.
