EGIS is a reliable and knowledgeable company. As an MSP, reseller, and someone you can trust to solve problems, they will take care of you and your company. EGIS provides a personalized, hands-on experience so you'll never feel like a number in someone's system. We have worked with EGIS virtually since inception and they have never once failed us. No matter how tough or big the situation was. I do not recommend companies often but with EGIS I feel entirely confident doing so.

From the moment we started discussing their services to the install date, the folks at Egis were prompt, professional, and clear in their explanation of the proposal and the installation. Before I had signed up as a customer I realized I needed a new laptop for training and they took care of everything after hours on Friday! The installation process was excellent, Graham is extremely knowledgeable and really knows how to take care of a client. Patrick, Monte and the rest of the staff are terrific with their communications every step of the way. They all make our small business feel like one of the big guys.

We met with a few IT companies in Omaha but EGiS was BY FAR the best company we've ever worked with. From Day 1, Graham and Patrick showed up and started fixing things, literally while just standing there, observing our equipment. We thought we had an O-K network set up before we met them but now we are running at top speed. Graham stopped by on his day off and cleared dozens of unnecessary wires and tech boxes, full firewall, restored our fax machine, ethernet ports, etc. and we couldn't be happier with their service!

Our company has used the services of three different technology firms over the past 5 1/2 years and unequivocally, Egis is the absolute best. Their technicians are extraordinarily skilled, their response time is incredibly fast, but most importantly, they fix our IT problems right the first time. I cannot thank them enough for vastly reducing, and almost completely eliminating, our IT issues. I am delighted that we chose Egis over two years ago and would not consider leaving them.
