After having Voice and Data for a number of years as the provider with two of our companies, we needed technical assistance for an issue that kept occurring. Travis came out and assessed the situation, and a day later he sent a very detailed and expensive list of equipment that needed to be replaced. What was being proposed didn't feel right so we sought a second opinion. Upon getting it looked at by another provider, the issue was resolved for less than $200 and didn't require the replacement of any equipment, and was less than 10% of the proposed fix. When I asked Travis about this he exploded and accused me of being the problem. Needless to say we moved the services for both companies away from Voice and Data. This was disappointing for several reasons, but Travis' response was not the first time I experienced friction with Travis, and after this our main contact with the company apologized for his behavior. As a business owner I'm always a proponent of using local companies, but in this case I would always advise getting a second opinion.

Account services, tech support and customer service all equally seemed to only be interested in money. Not interested in fulfilling their service agreement that had not once been used by our company after collecting thousands from us.
