Well after my computer was serviced, the iCloud didn't work and also I can't back anything up on the Schrock back up. I called Friday the ninth and they said to come in on Saturday morning at 10 o'clock that they would be open. I went to the Burke Street location nobody's there they weren't there at 10 o'clock. I drive all the way from Crescent, Iowa to here to get service to fix my computer that should've been fixed when I was in here and you can't get it done because there's nobody here you didn't schedule your service people on a Saturday morning when you're supposed Terrible customer service

If you have a computer issue, there is no other place I would go besides Schrock. I had another repair place fry the motherboard of my son's computer and had denied any wrongdoing. I took it to Shrock for a 3rd party opinion and they provided that diagnosis and more for absolutely free. There diagnosis of the problem allowed me to take my laptop back to the other repair place and get the motherboard replaced for free. I will never go anywhere else for laptop repairs anymore. I will only go to Shrock Innovations!

I took my computer in because it was painfully slow and made it nearly impossible to get anything done. Their staff was friendly and helpful. They cloned and replaced the hard drive. Now it's running even better than I expected. I'll definitely be going back to them for any future computer needs.

Rude and unprofessional. Could not diagnose a computer whose problem was ultimately resolved with a simple cmos clear.

We took our crashed computer to them, and they got everything off of our crashed computer and fixed it up like new. Now we have back up and security. They treated us like family. They not only worked on it and repaired it, but they got it done in record time. Very quick response. Plus they did a follow-up call the next day to verify all was working good.

Took my computer in because it crashed every single time I opened any Adobe program. They had it for four days and said they couldn't get it to duplicate the issue. As soon as I got home and turned it on, I noticed it had not been logged into my account even though I had given them the login credentials. As soon as I logged in, it crashed within a couple of minutes. I called and talked to the manager who said they would come back and pick it up and get it fixed but no one ever contacted me. I left two follow-up messages with the same manager on his cell and no return communication. UPDATE 8-15-23...It's been one month since the owner left his reply to my review saying the District Manager would reach out, which has never happened. Do yourself a favor and call Friendly Computers. They actually do what they say they will do.

The Pappillion shop got my computer running in good order thanks to Parker and talked to Auston about a new computer and very helpful with taking my computer back to car. Thank you.

Real life superhero's, I stopped in when my keyboard on my laptop stopped working on me and chatted with Jacob told him my situation, He filled me in on the timeline and process and they delivered. Nothing short of phenomenal to work with. Great service, great conversation, great work. They were able to diagnose the issue same day, get the part the next, and have it back to me that night. Along with providing a loner laptop so I was able to keep my operations afloat. Go Team Josh!
