Sunday, 5/17/15 Frank Murphy is the best computer technician I have ever used, no one else even comes close. We have a Lion iMac, and 2 Windows 7 Professional PC's, and 2 iPhones, 5s and 6. Here are a few of Frank's fixes: 1) May 2015: Frank installed a new HP Officejet Pro 8610 printer in my home office, and went to the web and got a software removal tool to get every last bit of the old software out, including the registry. 2) May 2015: Frank installed drivers in our iMac for the same 8610 printer so it would be available to the iMac, and after many attempts, got it to work. The drivers did download into the iMac, but it wouldn't recognize them.

Weirdly Short hours 10am to 4pm. I called them three times, leaving a message twice without a call back. We moved on to another phone and computer repair place.

A friend of mine recommended 702Tech after I had been trying to wipe out this junk on my desktop at home. Some kind of voodoo magic, connected to my computer remotely, I dont know what they did but it runs better than when I bought it!

Frank has been so supportive of a wide range of issues and queries. Quick to respond and really supportive of the community as I keep hearing good things from others too!
