So happy I found Carl! I needed some help clearing a computer I was selling. He was able to walk me through the steps and we got it taken care of in no time at all. Carl was friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely be using him again in the near future, and highly recommend him to anyone needing computer services.

We have had a terrible experience with Carl. He installed cameras for us as well as built a website. He kept access to all of our cameras and has done that to other people in our community. Make sure if he has put cameras up for you that he does not have remote access to them. As far as the website he built a website for our company and when he had a dispute with us over a vehicle he bought he decided to illegally go into our website and delete all of our pictures. As well as post illegal information that was untrue. We are currently getting an attorney to deal with him. We are in Arizona but I understand he also does this in Boulder City Nevada. So if he has ever hooked up phones are done a website for any of you you must make absolutely sure that he does not have remote access as he will probably do to you what he did to us

Carl was very thorough and knowledgeable. So nice and polite explained many things about my computer I never even heard prior. This gave me confidence that I was working with not only a good technician but also a guy with integrity. So good I will recommend him to my friends. Carl gets an easy A+

Was having major issues with our hard drive, running ridiculously slow. Took it in and when I received my property back it ran better then when I first got it. Fantastic job, very satisfied!

My son was frustrated with his gaming PC. We called Carl. Carl diagnosed it failed motherboard and power supply. Swapped out the motherboard and power supply. My son's Windows 10 wasn't working, so he installed Windows 10 for him, too. No extra charge! All done in the same day! I will call on Carl again.

I use my computer on a regular basis for gaming and work related tasks. It started to have issues where it would freeze up and sometimes crash. I tried every scenario and was at my wit's end. I called Carl he immediately had a diagnosis over the phone. that it was a failing drive. I rushed my beloved gaming machine over to Carl. He quoted me a screaming deal on memory and hard drive replacement. Then my surprise he ordered me light up Pro memory! Carl is such a pro he went above and beyond rebuilt the Clusters on my hard drive sector by sector. Upgraded the firmware on my motherboard. Transferred the OS by cloning it to the new hard drive. Then when the hard drive wouldn't boot because of the new firmware we spent extra time burning the midnight oil researched the settings for bios and reinstalled windows. He's an amazing magician and brought my gaming machine back to life. Can't say enough about this guy other than to say he's the man with the plan. Highly recommend this dude!

My laptop touch screen was broken and Carl had it fixed the next day. He was very responsive and had great communication. He went above and beyond GAVE me a 16GB memory chip. He even gave my computer a general checkup and installed an antivirus program since mine was expired. He is very kind, knowledgeable and treats his customers respectfully. This type of good service is hard to find.
