I have had the pleasure of working with Jack to get us going to enable text messaging on our phone lines. It already has paid for itself 10x fold! We enabled it on our Google+ listing, our Google Ads, our website and I even have it at the end of business presentations, setup with their artificial intelligence auto-responders so the app automatically responds to customers. The availability during the sales process and after for support is like no other. I am not really sure what the 1 star reviews on here are all about. The AI-powered sales assistants engage and qualify our existing leads and automatically turn them into high-intent inbound calls for our sales team. If you want amazing customer service and an even better product, choose Equiitext!

Like the last reviewer said, very annoying. Got a call and a text at the same time despite no prior relationship with this company. I've reported both on the FTC website, for whatever it's worth. I'll also add that while I received the text, the phone call was just static, so it's probably a terrible system to begin with as I know that that would irritate my customers. UPDATE: Got another call and text from them after they said they would stop. The person's name who was on the messages is Amy, one of the people who wrote a positive Google review for the company. The other positive review is from Claudia, who also works for the company. This company is sketchy and needs to stop harassing people.

A very useful platform for lead generation. The price is right and there are no contracts. All my texting credits roll over if I don't use them and I can pause my subscription anytime I want. I can create custom auto reply's which is so nifty and i don't pay any extra for keywords. So far I have made a decent profit by using this platform and i recommend Equiitext to any one in sales or anyone who wants to promote their products or services.

Totally spammy company. Harassing me with texts and phone calls that I did not sign up for. Do not pick up their calls!
