Enciva LLC

I had an account for a few years. Technically they work fine. No complaints. In fact, they were even very helpful to a couple questions I had. But they are like Hotel California. You cannot check out. I stopped my subscription. Well, actually, even Enciva dont know how to stop a subscription. They said 'oh, we dont know how to stop your membership, but we will just remove your credit card details from your payment profile' That kind of worked. I was never charged again. But every night for the last couple of years I get 13 emails from them 'saying there was a failure charging my credit card for the service'. I dont think it will ever stop. Every night for the rest of my life (even after I am dead, I guess) Enciva will try to charge me 13 times. I would guess what they are doing is not legal (trying to randomly charge a credit card 13 times). I cannot understand a 'service' that the support people actually dont know how to stop this bogus charge attempt. So, if you ever sign up, the service will work fine. But if you stop using, they will not know how to stop your subscription, and they will try to charge your credit card every day FOREVER. It is really strange.

Fast Hardware, competitive prices, horrible service 13.10.2020 The service degraded even further. I took us 6 weeks and countless tickets to get an SSL-certificate for external backups updated. There is only one person who - after reposting your ticket countless times - eventually answers it. Looks like the Enciva has become a one-man-show with a poor guy drowned in work. A sheer nightmare. I have moved all my customers to other providers now.
