Joseph is great. We've become friends while he has been working on our site. He is very personable and easy to talk to. He likes to use technology to communicate. I'm not as good at that as I should be so often times I call him to ask a question only to find the answer in an update to our project documents. The biggest problem I have with Raptor is that Joseph's stories keep me laughing so I don't get my work done as fast as I'd like.
