This company helped us out of some very dark times. Our online presence is outstanding now and we have a ton of great reviews. Future customers find us immediatly, when searching for a repair facility in our area. I have and will continue to recommend them to anyone in need of a great online presence.

They have been advertising for me for many years and also manage my google ad words. Since they have been taking care of my google ad words and advertising my business is now always on top when searching for Transmission repair in my area . They are very professional and also do great web site design as they re did mine and I keep getting compliments on the looks and ease of using the web site. this is my first month with this company. upon initial call and giving them my credit card, my site was made within a week. they answer their own phones ( quickly and in English) took care of some minor changes to the new site ( which is the best site i have seen) and it is now up and running. Very professional , up front, and the cost (while hard to believe is great. no up front charges, no contracts, and while i thought there was going to be an up sell on the initial phone call it never came. they are on top of the smallest glitch and have contacted me to fix them. Evelyn Brunswitt and Erik Olsen have cost my business tens of thousands of dollars in lost revenue by misrepresenting my business among many others. They have built a website for the Village at Lake Las Vegas and once the contract ended they have refused to take the website down and now that website has inaccurate information where customers can not receive the accurate information regarding my business offerings. They have both been extremely difficult to deal with, and have very poor business practices. They will build a website for you and then once you end the contract they will keep the website and never give it to you. I have expressed the amount of damage and lost revenue they have caused and they could care less and continue to play dumb like its no big deal. I have made it very clear what they need to do to help solve this problem, and all they say is "tell us what needs to be updated". How anybody uses this business after some of these reviews is beyond me, I have never dealt with more unprofessional people in my life. They could care less about your business when you cut ties with them, and they will do anything in their power to make your life more difficult. STAY AWAY!!!! Falsely taking over Google Business pages for Clients and than refusing to give them back once the service is cancelled with them. SHADY!! DISHONEST! I am working with a past customer of yours, where one of your employees created the Google business page using their email and password completely blocking a business owner the access they need. I have reached out to your rep and she told me that they will not make changes. My customer reached out and asked that the old page come down and she refused to do so and tried telling my customer that they will lose the google maps if they don't stay with your company. MISLEADING !! DISHONEST!

I called to have them take down the website they hosted/created for my company. After 5 minutes of trying to communicate with phonetic alphabet words, the woman I was speaking to seemed to locate my company. I informed her I wanted to have the website removed from the internet and she immediately requested to place me on hold. When she spoke to me again she asked if I would mind if THEY give me a call back because she was not the one who handled removing pages. I asked for a time frame to expect a call and she advised 30 minutes. I informed her I would be pissed off (called before and heard this same response) if I did not receive a phone call today. She then asked if I wouldn't mind to be placed on hold to speak to someone immediately. I told her I wold rather do that and she hung up. Very upsetting. I would not recommend this SEO company! Upon calling her back, her name is Debbie, She tried to call me out and said I was ok with a call back. I explained to her in her own words that she offered to place me on hold to speak to someone who could better assist me. She happened to remember what she just told me 5 mins prior. After a brief hold she came back on the phone, called me the wrong name, and asked to give them to the end of the day or until tomorrow morning and they'll have the webpage down. Lets see who this goes.
