Unethical, Unprofessional, and Retaliatory Behavior Working with SkyPoint Studios and its owner, Jophiel, has been one of the most frustrating business experiences we've encountered. We entered into a fixed-price agreement totaling $6,000 with a clearly defined scope of work that explicitly stated final payment was due upon successful completion of the project. Despite that, Jophiel failed to complete several critical parts of the agreed-upon scope. He then manipulated us into prematurely acknowledging that the work was done, and now falsely claims that he's owed the remaining balance -- despite already having been paid $4,000. Even worse, he has took our website down without warning -- a tactic that is not only unethical but damaging to our business. One of his most disturbing strategies is to post multiple negative Google reviews about our company in retaliation, simply because you hold him accountable for incomplete work. It's a clear attempt to discredit businesses and pressure them into paying for services that were not fully delivered. What makes this all the more shocking is that Jophiel serves as the Chapter President of the BNI Chapter in Henderson, NV -- an organization that champions values like professionalism and ethics. Yet his behavior reflects the opposite: dishonest, manipulative, and entirely hypocritical. Our advice? Think twice before trusting SkyPoint Studios with your business -- especially if you value transparency, reliability, and integrity.

I was stuck between a rock and a hard spot with my google page down.... Thank goodness for Jophiel and his team!!! They were able to take over and get my page up and running in a few weeks!!!! I cannot say enough about this company! They are amazing to work with and always positive! My Google Business Page was suspended and I attempted to appeal the suspension myself. After a stressful month, my appeal was denied. I contacted SkyPoint Studios where I worked with Jophiel and he is wonderful! He had my Google Business Page back up and running in a week! If you ever have to deal with Google issues regarding your business profile this is the company to use! Thank you, Jophiel!

We had a highly unprofessional experience with Skypoint Studios. We contracted them for a website refresh totaling $6,000, of which we've already paid $4,000 based on a clearly defined scope of work. After partial delivery, they stopped responding altogether--no communication, no updates, no follow-through on the remaining deliverables. What's even more disturbing is their retaliatory behavior. Instead of addressing the issue or completing the work, they resorted to posting false reviews about our business on Google in an apparent attempt to damage our reputation. This is not only unethical but speaks volumes about their lack of professionalism, poor business practices, and potential cash flow issues. It's clear that Skypoint Studios operates without integrity or accountability. We strongly advise others to steer clear of this vendor--there are far more reliable and ethical partners out there.

Expertise and Professionalism! Jophiel represents his skills and company very well. He is down to earth and explains technical information that is easy for the average person to understand. His time estimate to complete our website was accurate and his prices are fair. Additionally, he is very responsive. I found him simply from a few youtube videos that he posted on his knowledge about websites, SEO, and an array of other useful information. After speaking with him on the phone, it was a no-brainer. He's in Vegas and my company is in Colorado, so don't let distance be a deciding factor to use his services. Most importantly he operates with integrity and he Backs the Blue!

Despite multiple attempts to reach out, we have been left without the remaining deliverables or any explanation. This has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional, especially given the trust and financial investment we placed in them. I would advise caution to anyone considering working with Skypoint Studios, as our experience has been one of ghosting and unmet obligations.

I found Jophiel on TikTok while searching for help with my suspended Google Business page. He offered great advice, templates, and told me what kind of evidence to present, to help me get it reinstated. Surprisingly, he didn't charge me, and I kept waiting for the "catch" -- but there wasn't one. He mentioned that if the templates didn't work, I could call him back, and for a small fee, he would assist further. Thankfully, I didn't need additional help, and after our first phone call, he did not bombard me with follow-up messages to hire him, which I really appreciated. I will forever be grateful for his help!
