Teesnap has been a fantastic partner for our golf operation. Beyond the technology, their marketing services have been a huge asset--helping us drive engagement and grow our business. Teesnap has been a game changer for our course with mobility over our 45-hole property, data and email capturing from our guests, and top notch support. Super happy with Teesnap for online tee times, digital marketing and our website. Going paperless has been easy and our golfers love it, would never go back. I think what is best about Teesnap is that they are always getting better. It is obvious that the ownership, management and support team are dedicated to improving and enhancing their product. And, in turn our golfers know that we are too!

The system is easy to use and the support staff is always available to help if we run into problems. The marketing team is absolutely the best I have ever dealt with and take a huge burden off of us and keeping up with social media, emails, and marketing ideas. Our rep, Molly, is attentive and if she doesn't know an answer, she will find one quickly. However, the real test was when we had the highest sales ever over Memorial Weekend. I owe it to the Tsnap staff, this amazing system, and the ipads that assist my staff in being incredibly productive and efficient. Becoming part of the Tsnap family was one of the best business decisions we have ever made!

The mobility was appealing, cloud base and no network was exciting! Both are pretty much the only good things about this software, unfortunately. Reporting/Accounting is hortible!!!!!!! Reports take 3-4 minutes to generate, must be loading from the slowest server in the world. Customer Support is terrible often times you have to leave a message and hope someone calls you back. When you do talk to someone, they never DO what they say they are going to DO! Friday before Fathers Day 3 out of 4 card readers stopped charging they said they would overnight new ipads and readers havent seen them yet! Off to find a new pos provider... see ya Teesnap!

Teesnap has changed the way that Sanctuary Ridge Golf Club ran the business. Instead of giving our tee sheet and tee times to GolfNow, we took them back and with that gained back full control of not just the tee sheet, but our customers details and marketing for the course as well. If you are a golf course manager or owner, you need to make the switch as soon as possible so you too can get back to the potential that you deserve.

Teesnap does everything I could ever ask In a point of sale system. It's mobility allows our staff to be cross trained and be aware of every aspect of the operation. We have stressed how we are in the hospitality industry and it allows us to give the best customer service possible.

I can't say enough about how happy we are with TeeSnap! I had what I thought were high expectations for our Black Friday online sale and we did TRIPLE what I was hoping for thanks to TeeSnap! If you're in the public course biz, and want some info, I'm always happy to chat!

Thought I was online with course, but was TeeSnap. Made a reservation and they charged me for ALL players. When I called the course to cancel, they said I had to call TeeSnap directly. TeeSnap said it was non-refundable! For a golf reservation; really? Would never use them again, CALL THE COURSE DIRECTLY!
