Vegas SEO Guru

He seemed really helpful at first when I inquired about redoing my website. His name is Cisco McArthur and he used to live in St. George Utah. He moved to Las Vegas last year. Anyway, I paid him up front $600 last October and soon after I got the run around. He blocked my calls, he blocked my email, he blocked my Venmo(which is how I paid him) and then he blocked me on fb. He has now changed his profile to make himself look like a woman. I have never seen my website and have not gotten any money back. He is a scam artist and I highly warn against him.

Well .. this was a tough one, we did want to leave a review for the fact of what they may do to us on the web. SEO companies can be very intimidating but I see that most people here on the reviews were going through the same pain as us. The initial meeting was great and encouraging ... but the day after payment ...."Communication" after the money was paid was barley existing, it was this game of giving dates of completion that was never completed. Mitch that no longer works for the company but we felt he did what he could and that's why we gave a 2 star and the price was affordable. But ... It was a long bumpy road and we did not feel confident to continue . They mentally drained us by Cisco not staying consistent, not following up and not following through. We were glad to get out of the trap!

I paid Cisco in full October of 2018. He told me my website would take 1 week. That week came and went with very little communication from him. It is now February 2019 and I've barely seen my website. He claims he's working on it, he won't give me a date of completion. He blames everything on a fake project manager that's sending me revisions. That's supposedly happened twice in the last two months. My final straw was when he said his "project manager" sent it to someone with an obvious fake name that was supposed to be someone on my office. He won't give me my money back so i will be seeing him in court. I have given him every opportunity to come clean and to live up to what he promised(what he was paid) to do but he has chosen to lie to me instead.

I'm not sure how these guys have any stars, took them a month after i our them for them to start anything and they ended up costing me more money in the end with no customer increase. I asked for a refund and the owner originally agreed, only to take me for a ride for 3 months asking for time to pay me back and in the end just decided to out right tell me that i wasn't getting my refund. Never have i been so disgusted with a human being in my life. He directly has affected my livelihood. Anybody who doubts the truth in my post, feel free to contact me, i have printed out both our emails and texts of him agreeing to pay me back and subsequently backing out months later after i gave him time to "get his funds together"

I was contracted by Cisco to do graphics. The 1st invoice he paid came back insufficient funds and he never paid the second job I did for him. His client I did a graphic for was calling me upset because she couldn't get ahold of him. Cisco operates under multiple businesses. Las Vegas Vinyl, Dot Com Biz, Vegas SEO guru.

SEO Guro handled my website as quickly and efficiently as possible. I explained to them what I wanted, how it wanted it to look and they finished it to perfection within a week. Any changes need were done right away. Their system of managing is phenomenal. I already referred my partner to them, I would refer anyone I know.
