My experience with Vegas Website Designs has been absolutely amazing! When I first contacted them at the beginning of this year, they did a thorough review of my half-way done website and responded with an amazing report of what needs to be done to finish the job along with their valuable feedback and suggestions on how to improve things. I loved their professionalism. I couldn't move forward with their services at the time for financial concerns. After spending a couple of more months trying to make things work with another web designer, and getting frustrated with and tired of micromanaging the process, I knocked on Vegas Website Designs' door again. That was the best decision I made for the development of my website! Marie and Ryan are absolutely amazing. Clear and effective communication, experience, knowledge, responsiveness, professionalism, work ethics make everything flow nicely. Working with them is a breeze! I did not need to micromanage anything throughout my work with them. They understand my needs and desires, and also explain things to me very clearly. Ryan Thompson was very knowledgeable and was able to customize my theme to my exact specifications. Also, Marie was wonderful with the communication. She always responded quickly to all of my emails and everything was done fast and in an efficient manner. This meant so much to me because it is rare to find such excellent customer service. I met Marie at a Henderson Chamber of Commerce mixer and knew immediately I wanted to work with Vegas Website Designs. Our WordPress website is easy to use but we sometimes need expert assistance for updates and changes and Marie and Ryan have been great to work with. After struggling for so long trying to keep up with my website I finally decided to branch out and look for some help. Marie made the process very easy and always sent me very detailed emails explaining everything that happened and what needed to be done. I am very happy with Vegas Website Designs. I found myself without a website professional and need some fast updates and testing done on my site. I had a sensitive time frame and needed attention fast , since my server company sent a warning email on a mandatory PHP update, that was deadline driven. Vegas Website Designs, updated all my plugins and did a test to make sure I would not crash on the PHP update. I am continuing my relationship with them and will have more important updates in the future. Thank you ...because I have worked with a lot of bad web companies...These guys are real and good! 5 Stars!!!
