Website Managment Systems inv

I've worked here three times. Everytime I was in need they hired me. That's why they get three stars. It's a very high pressure sales /telemarketing environment. If you don't like that find something else. If you are desperate for anything to stay afloat and have a good phone voice. They'll hire you. They hire literally anyone. Yes the owner is an A-Hole spoiled brat. But he is fair, and will pay you fairly.

I was "terminated at will" for no reason ? I kept asking why and why but they wouldn't give me a direct answer? I spoke to the supervisor and she said the decision was above her? I asked her if it was my performance... she said "I never said anything bad about you " idk what happened honestly but all I know is that they're kinda shady they're constantly rotating people in and out and supposedly they over hired people for training when there's only 8 spots to fill and a class of 14 hired.. the supervisor said "say whatever you have to say to get them on the site" meaning force these people to get on a site so we can scam them they have shady business practice and have changed their name multiple times. Fake reviews fake vouches and closers that are stressed out trying to scam people into paying lots of money for a weak service page even looks scamy maybe that's why they fired me lol

So hard to find any jobs in Las Vegas w/ traditional hrs since its a 24 hour entertainment capitol! Thats why im happy I found this place! Evenings and weekends off is all i ever wanted in a job and they gave it to me. I feel good working here

Terrible owners, they will do anything to cut costs, at r he expense of either clients or employees. Shady business practices. They will change their business name every time too much bad press happens. They have fake reviews on their sites, photoshop awards and reviews, have their own employees create accounts and try to improve rating etc.

Was a decent place to work. Can get a bit too cold in certain rooms.
