I needed an important piece of mail forwarded while I was out of town but nobody would ever pick up the phone. I'd call it an old fashioned establishment but even a telegraph operator would have been preferable to their lack of service. What a waste of money.

This is by far the worst mail service I've dealt with. The first time they rejected a package for me and blamed the post office. Though I had the tracking that stated they refused my package. After clearly telling Mary not to forward some other mail of mine due to me traveling, she sent it after we hung up. So I have very important mail lost for well over a month and she tells me I told her to send it. The help she has there can't understand how to address mail to forward. Just a nightmare. Accept when you are wrong and stop blaming everyone for your mistakes.
