Web Oracle

We gave this company a try for 6 months running our ad campaign and building our website. They did a decent job building our website but after the website was built the service was sub par. The articles they wrote could not be used. The promise of advertising on multiple platforms was never done except google. When we went to cancel our service with the owner Alex, we were told they would refund our next month recurring charge of $5,000. The following month they charged us another $5,000. The cancelling was done over the phone. Alex told the credit card company we never cancelled the policy and we never followed up with an email on the original cancellation so Alex received an additional $5,000 for work he didn't do. Very shady way to do business!

Triad has been working with Web Oracle for a few months now. The owner of the company, Alexander, has been putting forth an amazing amount of effort in our marketing. The depth and amount of detail of information he has given us has been so helpful for us to understand, not just where our marketing dollars are being spent, but that it is being spent wisely.
