Altos is top notch--having worked with me for over a decade to develop websites, marketing content and other marketing support, I have never considered anyone else. They spend the time to get to know the operation/customers and messaging we are trying to deliver.

As a successful business owner for over 20 years I was extremely disappointed with the professionalism and marketing results of Altos. They provided no professional means of communication or result tracking so we had to open up our own project management platform in hopes that communication would be clear and secure. Any communication that was provided was unprofessional, delayed or non-existent. Right down to the final billing. We saw our social media unattended and our competitors marketed on our own Facebook page. Unfortunately even with our continued efforts to be open for hours (billable mind you) and share our company's marketing ethics and direction... our ads continued to not reflect us and we watched sales decline rapidly. After having to request performance reports (once mentioned would automatically be done) we confirmed PPC conversions reflected over a 50% loss compared to last year. Creating ten's of thousands of dollars of loss sales. With a unique client base like ours we have always understood and accepted that it can be challenging for those not familiar with our industry to step in and market us. However we have had incredible success "handing our keys over" for 20 years to a handful of professionals and companies we are proud of. This is my first negative review online ever but I feel strongly others should know my company's experience so they can avoid losing money, valuable time and their reputation. Bottom line...results are black and white so please do not fall for this company's marketing game. They are not there to service you or your clients. They are clearly out to only serve themselves. There are great companies out there keep searching. This is not one of them.
