Rightworks

DO NOT use for cloud hosting. Slow, slow, slow! We've spent hours on the phone and have sent numerous emails back and forth. Very slow hosting speeds and unknowledgeable technical support. Extremely frustrating. They claim to be experts at hosting software for tax and accounting firms, yet they don't understand the very software they claim to be a partner of.

Used Rightworks to create a WISP document. They spent 25 minutes asking me a few questions and charged me $700. Do it yourself and don't get scammed!! You've been warned.

Slow network times... clearly need to invest in infrastructure. Customer Service Reps very lacking in tech knowledge. Only able to follow pre-written scripts.

Zero stars! the network is so slow it is nauseating. we use it to host our tax software and I have never been so unpleased with the performance of a software! I want me money back.

Technical support non existing. Waited 45 minutes on phone (no direct help, gas to go through sales) to be told cannot help you, even though i had a valid email from them. Still unable to access quickbooks. Chat line unavailable as well. No support at all

Rightworks appears to be the only option for the hosting of our Quickbooks file. The stand alone QB file was fine but once we got onto the Rightworks server we started having issues with our QB file; i.e. locking up and/or slow. Wish there was another hosting option.

Right Networks remains a mystery to me. How is it that I receive a super-hero-level of service every time I reach out for support? I truly appreciate your patience and tolerance of my less-than-sophisticated understanding of your platform. Also, when you have a minute, please publish your secret recipe and help us achieve similar greatness with in our organizations.

Right Networks worked well for my needs to access Quickbooks Desktop remotely. Easy to setup. I am switching and no longer need the service. I had to call to cancel, which is annoying. They did answer right away. However, I had to practically give them my blood type to complete the process. It was things last four of your cc#; associated phone number; last amount on your invoice; etc. When I said I had no idea about the last amount on an invoice, she sent it to me. That just makes no sense. Customer service was very friendly though and she connected me with Intuit to cancel that part of my service. So that was great.
