There are tons of technology companies in the industry but I can put my money on the fact that they aren't exactly comparable to this company...!!! John and his staff have been to my home and my office multiple times over the last few years for different reasons and services. Some issues more complicated and time consuming than others. Never once have they quit until it was resolved or task completed, they have physically responded (showed up in person to work) within 48 hours each and every time, they have verbally responded within two hours if not right away, they are extremely neat (almost ocd like) about how they leave your equipment and wiring, they are respectful of our properties (especially in our high end showroom), they are kind, caring, smart, talented, ethical, honest, and very fair!
