Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City

My stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in Atlantic City was overall very positive. The atmosphere is vibrant, modern, and full of energy, with music playing a central role throughout the property. The rooms are comfortable, clean, and stylishly decorated, keeping that signature rock-and-roll vibe the brand is known for. Facilities like the casino, gym, and spa are well-maintained and offer plenty of options to relax or have fun. The staff was friendly and professional throughout my stay. As for areas of improvement, I believe it would be ideal to offer 24-hour room service. In a hotel of this category, that kind of convenience is expected--especially for guests arriving late or simply wanting to dine in their rooms at unconventional hours. Additionally, the pool is not open 24/7, which can be a bit limiting for those looking for more flexibility in their leisure time. Still, I would recommend the hotel for its great location, lively atmosphere, and overall quality. It's perfect for anyone seeking a fun and comfortable experience in Atlantic City.

My grandparents stayed at this hotel from Feb 17-20 for Valentines Day weekend/ an early birthday trip. On the 19th, they discovered a huge bedbug crawling around in their room. Upon discovering it, they immediately called reception and the staff came to put their clothes into a heat chamber, supposedly to kill the bedbugs. However, once their clothes were returned, they were extremely cold. Upon returning home today, my poor grandmother discovered a bedbug inside of her coat. The heat treatment obviously didn't work or the new room was also filled with bedbugs- maybe both. Now, we have to worry about whether or not their clothing is compromised and inspect our home for more bedbugs. It is truly unfortunate, because they really liked the casino and the other amenities provided. However, the bedbug issue is way too ridiculous and the staff response was inadequate. They did upgrade my grandparents to a new room, but there were bedbugs there as well. You'd expect to go out and have a relaxing vacation but instead, you return with more chaos. I would not recommend coming here unless you want a bedbug infestation and bedbugs in your home. Especially for the insane price paid! They wanted to try something new and definitely ended up with their new unique experience- bedbug infestation. They will be returning to their normal hotel, Tropicana. I would put zero stars if I could, but google doesn't allow it. UPDATE from a few hours later! We now have a bedbug infestation in our home. We cannot believe this is happening to us. We are experiencing bites all over. Like I said before, do NOT come to this hotel unless you want your home to turn into a hotel for bedbugs.

Pretty good hotel. The thermostat wasn't working in our first room so we moved to another room but the USB was loose because I wanted to plug in my charging cables.

MY SECOND TIME WITHIN 2 YEARS staying here now and your rooms still have cockroaches. The first instance your front desk person wanted to send housekeeping to my room and would not relocate me....I left and went to Ocean. I decided to try again since I was comped a room and yet again they're crawling on wall and ceiling (photo attached in this review) This is from last weekend. I love Hard Rock and the brand overall. I frequent a lot of your properties worldwide (especially Florida 4-5x a year) and spend significant amounts of money in casino and property in general, but this is not the standard you claim to be. The front desk was absolutely useless and not accommodating in any way, both instances....especially being your highest unity level. If in Atlantic City, stay at Borgata or Ocean. Lastly; you need to remodel your North Tower rooms, that is where I stayed both instances. That disgusting tan carpet that's been there since the TAJ needs to be taken out.

This casino/hotel is a nice place to visit. I'm not by any means a gambler, but, those who were partaking seemed to be having fun. This high energy environment has a lot of great visuals, collectable items on display and live music, great bands, wonderful ice cream bar, and lots of food in general. The best UNEXPECTED SURPRISE was the Diana Ross concert. We did not know she was coming until After we checked in, so, we ended up buying tickets and extending our stay. Best Decision EVER

Lost some money at roulette kinda disappointing. I think more people should win. It'd be more fun.

We were supposed to go to an event. They didn't send us the correct information. Then, he told us to look for a certain person who no one knew who he was. What a disaster! On top of the casino, everyone was losing, so that wasn't fun.

Hard Rock casino's are always wonderful, fun times with plenty of slot machines to choose from as well as table games
