Ocean Casino Resort

Breathtaking! Everything from our check-in experience to all activities during our stay was tops! We were in the area for a convention at another casino involving a 3-day stay. When checking in at Oceans, we realized we needed to be sure to request a handicap friendly bathroom due to some navigating challenges at the last hotel. Efforts were made to accommodate plus upgrade us to a suite. Mind you the suite came in an additional charge. I assure you that it was beyond worth the additional cost! Breathtaking views with an outstanding room! It was the demeanor of the assistance that we received upon check-in that made all the difference in the world! We're grateful! Fabulous way to wrap up our time away.

Just got back from a 2 day stay at Ocean. Had a good experience. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Casino is the best one in the area; very clean and modern. Restaurants are good and there's something for everyone. Decor is nice and modern and all areas were clean. Each staff member we interacted with was friendly and polite. They really made the stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!

Ocean Steak was spot on as usual. Anthony offered an elevated dining experience that was incredibly enjoyable. Seated quickly on a Friday night with no reservation. Had a round of drinks before ordering Frank Family Cabernet. Excellent presentation and pours. Always recommend to friends and family. Excited for our next trip there! Very clean and comfortable facility and never leave Ocean smelling like an ash tray as you would at other casinos.

I didn't stay in the hotel but if it's as nice as the casino floor, it has to be amazing. I've been there once and already getting offers to come stay and the deals are good. Too bad I live so far away, but I'll make plans to come back soon. Service is at bars was great and it was an all around good time.

The house keeping threw my food away from in my fridge. Nobody can help me figure out a solution. The casino and resort are very nice, but the fact they can't find my food o had saved makes a 3 star review a blessing. I feel like many others would leave A 1-2 star review. Nobody cares here about making anything right.

Spent 3 nights. Very clean and exceptionally designed. More than enough food options. Harper's breakfast was good, ate there each morning. Courtyard is a cool place to lounge when the ocean breeze is a lot. The outdoor park area is also serene. It is the end of the boardwalk so wear your walking shoes. Those push carts are slow. The pool and spa are what you'd expect. Overall, 4+ stars for a place that doesn't seem like the USA. This feels like an island resort. Will return.

My family of 5 had a great experience staying at the Ocean Casino Resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite. 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1/2 bathroom and living room. Very comfortable and spacious. My room was located on the 36 floor. Amazing views. Room service was DELICIOUS!! EVERYTHING we ordered was good. The couch in the living room needs to be changed. Looks ok...but was a little worn down and low. Also I spent good money staying at the hotel for a few days. (A couple thousand) The day I checked out, I asked for an extra 1/2 hour. Only because the room service was running late. The hotel told me no. That was disappointing. Other than that and the couch...everything was great

Ocean Casino Resort is absolutely stunning. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the modern design, open layout, and ocean views. One of our favorite parts of the entire trip was spending time in the resort's indoor park area--it's beautifully designed with cozy fireplaces and peaceful seating areas. It felt like a little escape inside the building. The skywalk deck was another highlight, offering a great place to take in the views and relax. We also loved the fish tank--really calming and enjoyable to watch, especially when you want a quiet break from the busier parts of the hotel. Our room was very spacious and had a great layout, but unfortunately, the cleanliness was a letdown. We found a used sheet left on the couch, the counter had visible stains, and there was hair all over the floor, which was pretty off-putting. For a hotel that looks so high-end and presents itself as a luxury stay, we were really surprised by how those details were missed. As for the casino, we honestly didn't enjoy it. It just didn't feel worth it and came off as more of a money trap than a form of entertainment. That said, the resort has enough non-gambling areas to enjoy, especially if you're just there to relax and take in the views. Overall, Ocean Casino Resort has a lot of potential. The design and atmosphere are beautiful, and there are some truly memorable spaces throughout the property. But the room cleanliness really needs improvement, especially for the price point. If housekeeping steps up their game, this could easily be one of the best stays in Atlantic City.
