Sea Spa Sanctuary at Tropicana

I recently had the most amazing experience at Sea Spa Sanctuary and couldn't recommend it more! From the moment I walked in, I was welcomed by the friendly staff and instantly felt relaxed. The entire spa is immaculate, with a calming atmosphere that makes you look forward to every visit. I booked two services -- a head spa treatment with Kelly and a facial with Valerie -- and both exceeded my expectations. Kelly was absolutely incredible! The head spa was unlike anything I've ever experienced -- so relaxing and left my scalp feeling refreshed. I would come back just for that alone! Valerie took care of my facial, and I couldn't be more impressed with how my skin looked and felt when I left. She was professional, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience so enjoyable. Every room was spotless, and the attention to detail throughout the spa is top-notch. If you're looking for a place that combines cleanliness, top-tier customer service, and truly talented providers -- this is it. I highly recommend Kelly, Valerie, and the entire team at Sea Spa. I'll definitely be back!

We had our staff retreat at the Sea Spa in Atlantic City, which is located in the Chelsea Tower of the Tropicana. Inside the space smells amazing and is very clean and relaxing. The indoor jacuzzi and steam rooms are perfect for getting relaxed before your spa or facial. Gina the owner checked in frequently to make sure our experience was stellar and Bailey did an excellent job coordinating the daily schedule of over 11 staff members. The outside has a very nice relaxing pool with nice lounge chairs and a fire pit. Would definitely recommend the sea spa for your next event!

I had the best time at this spa! The first time I came here it was for a girls day out celebrating a birthday and we had a great time. The jacuzzi area is huge with a steam room, sauna, and even an outdoor pool! We all had lounge chair massages with Val by the jacuzzi and she had a very good technique and it was very relaxing. Today I went by myself and had the best "me time." I had a deep tissue message with Sandy who was absolutely fantastic and very experienced with massages. It was such a relaxing experience and the staff were extremely friendly. It was exactly what I needed and I cannot wait to plan the next visit!

If I could give zero stars, I would. STAY AWAY! I took my wife here for her birthday--she got a massage, I got a wax, and we purchased a day pass to their spa. As a facility manager who oversees pools, I understand pool safety and cleanliness, and let me tell you, this place was absolutely disgusting. The Jacuzzi was filthy--its walls were covered in green buildup, and the waterfalls pouring into it had thick calcium deposits, contaminating the already cloudy water. It was clear that proper maintenance was not a priority. The lounging area was just as bad. There were only six lounge chairs available, and the ones not occupied were covered with dirty fitted towels. The only refreshment provided at 2 PM was water, and when I asked about purchasing food, I was told no outside food was allowed--yet, inside, I saw guests openly enjoying wine, cheese, crackers, and fruit with no enforcement of this supposed rule. The amenities were cheap and inadequate--paper-thin robes, no sandals, and not even basic essentials like hair ties. I didn't want to ruin my wife's birthday by arguing with management, so I called later to address the issues. I spoke with Victoria, the manager, who offered a mere 10% discount on a future visit--as if we would ever want to return! I simply requested a refund for the $50 day pass (not for our services), but she refused. Even worse, she admitted they were aware of the calcium buildup, yet they still keep the Jacuzzi open. When I brought up the green walls, she dismissed it by saying the spa is "older." That's not an excuse--if I'm paying for a facility, I expect it to be clean and well-maintained. Her final excuse? That I "waited too long" to complain. I worked the past two days and called three days after our visit--that's too long? This spa is a health hazard with terrible guest service, cheap amenities, and neglectful management. Do yourself a favor and STAY FAR AWAY!

Perfect for a much needed mom's spa day. Went and enjoyed an amazing deep tissue massage, then got to relax some more using the amazing amenities (steam room, jacuzzi, sauna and outdoor pool!) They have all you need robe, towels and flip flops, just remember to bring your bathing suit. From the moment you walk in the helpful staff welcomes you and your day of relaxing begins! Will definitely be back!

Sea Spa Sanctuary is a MUST VISIT while in Atlantic City! I booked their private Tea Room for my cousin's bachelorette party and it was the perfect girly getaway! The spa was impeccably clean, the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Shout out to Valerie! I had searched every hotel and spa in AC before finding the perfect one and she was professional, responsive and helpful throughout this entire process. She made me feel as though she was excited to host my group and was one of the reasons why we booked! Also kudos to Patricia my massage therapist! I left feeling like I was on a true tropical vacation and floated out of the spa more relaxed than I had ever been! THANK YOU!

The new Sea Spa Sanctuary was perfect for a relaxing girl's day. I took my mother and friends there for her birthday. We started out with a celebratory champagne toast in the Tea Room and then shifted out to the hot tub. We then each had a 25-minute pool side massage, which was actually amazing! The 25 minutes was just enough so we could all still hang around the pool together and enjoy the sauna. It's a perfect spa for a fun relaxing day with the girls!
