Hopeworks

I attended a Christmas party over 5 years ago, whose purpose was to introduce charities to the invited guests. I met the Hopeworks representative at the affair, Valerie Buickerwood , and I was both intrigued and impressed with the work of Hopeworks. I accepted an offer to visit the Hopeworks location to learn more. After less than an hour I was blown away by the young adults there, their passion and the obvious excellence of the program to have the participants succeed in life economically, socially, and in character. I chose this charity as a focus of my efforts. I discuss Hopeworks with clients, associates and friends constantly so that this GEM of a charity is know and supported. I am active in the Hopeworks Mentor program and, simply put, this is the best run charity that is making a difference in the day to day lives of the Camden area .young women and men each and every day. From that day I immersed myself into whatever I was able to do in action and contribution ... and I am on the front lines seeing that difference made daily with the young women and men that Hopeworks serve.

I am an alumni at Hopeworks, and I cannot say thank you enough for what this organization do for me. I am currently in my senior year at Drexel University, and I made this far thanks to Hopeworks. Everyone here is so supportive and just want me to achieve my goals. Amazing place!

Hopeworks changed my life and turned my life around. If it wasn't for this program I wouldn't be where I am Today. It has been an amazing experience for me and no matter what they still go above and beyond for us. I love you guys
