i would not recommend to work with this company. i was an employee there. "Ethics" is a word they know nothing about it. That's all what i got to say.

As a warning, do not work with them. I have a lot of major complaints about this company. First, Quality of work is completely non-productive, made zero difference in driving business. Second, they request user login info for websites, socials, domains, google page, etc, and MAKE THEMSELVES OWNER of these pages, which created issues with my access to my own pages. Third, most recently, since leaving my contract, I have learned that they moved my domain to a different server and I cannot retrieve it and so I have literally completely lost my website and domain. They began billing me for service before I signed a service agreement and failed to tell me that they would be billing me in USD while leaving me with the impression they were billing me in CAD. Such a draining and negative experience and has damaged my online presence in the long run

Jerry amazing! His team did a great job on my website. Jerry went out of his way to be extremely accommodating to my needs. Jerry's customer service was outstanding, extremely generous with his time and was always available to my calls. . My experience was excellent!

Be careful with this company, when you try to stop working with them, they delete your website, social media, all the information that you have. You pay a set up to start with them, you pay them monthly and when you decide to leave them they delete everything. I have being in business for more then 10 years, all pictures, all review, all the contents they delete and staying that you do not have that access anymore. They did not created my website or anything, they was only doing the SEO, but they decide to change the credentials for the website and delete it. Stay away from them. I don't know about the good review they have, but the bad review I read it is says the true about how they work. Beware.

Funny thing.. I remember my first meeting with Jerry, he told me give me 1% of your trust and my team will will the other 99%.. at the time I thought it was a great sales line and told him he should come work for me.. he never did come. But he was right! These professionals do such wonderful work. Alex created some of the best videos for my company it is astounding at time. Charlie is always on top of my concerns, and Domonique is always there when I need her. They are more then my marketing company they are my consultants, and in many ways have become my friends. Always providing me with honest feedback. They want me to succeed and show me constantly with there great work and attention to detail. Google should give 10 stars because everyone at Xplore is stellar in my book. Keep up the great work guys!

Before you decide to chose this company to make your marketing, read the bad reviews. All what they saying is true, save yourself a headache in the future. Jerry is the most dishonest person, my sister-in-law wrote about him and he got so many good reviews telling good things about him, stranger why someone would say good things about a person when they got an honest review from a long-time customer? Stay away from this company

I would give zero if I could. This person is the most terrible to work with. They did a so-so job, if you hire a child they will do much better, and when you try to cancel they close your business and delete everything. Their lack of respect and ethical work shows when all the bad reviews were answered. If you are thinking about hiring this company to do your marketing think again and chose another one, save yourself a headache you will have in the future. I wish I read all of what people are saying about this company
