Red Arrow is an impressive company that we've had the pleasure of working with for many years. Simply put they tick all the boxes. They are extremely knowledgeable, attentive and quick to respond and are very kind and patient people. They make you feel like you are always their top priority and are there for you whenever you need them. It feels like they are your company's personal IT group. Over the years they have upgraded our hardware and phone systems and have provided an infrastructure which has kept our data safe. Mike has gone above and beyond the call of duty on several occasions without hesitation and asked nothing in return. This is a great group of guys who are great at what they do!

We have had many IT companies work for our company over the past 20 years and Red Arrow is second to none. I always HAD to play IT myself because of lack of knowledge or communication with other companies, had to deal with our servers crashing, losing data while having multiple backup systems we paid for and being down for days to a couple weeks at a time. Our company switched over to Red Arrow Technologies over two years ago for our IT business needs and it was the best thing our company has ever done when it comes to our computers. Everyone at Red Arrow from Michael the owner to all his IT crews are extremely knowledgeable very skilled and customer service is Top notch. Anytime I have a question or any kind of computer issues you can get a response within minutes and a resolution almost just as fast. With Red Arrow I've never been down for more than ten minutes and anytime something needs to be done I know it's getting done efficiently due to the knowledge of the whole team.
