Hilton Garden Inn Hamilton

Nice location for 6flags. Front desk staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast service was good the first day, horrible the second. Fortunately found PJs pancake nearby and their food was great. Came back at 10:15am to find housekeeping clearing out my room before I had checked out. Had to get the few items I still had In the room from the non English speaking staffers cart. So much for my snacks I was planning on eating on the drive home.

In October of 2024 our antique motorcycle club had a three day event at this hotel. We were welcomed and treated exceptionally. All staff was extremely accommodating and patient with our large crowd and chaotic presence. The restaurant and barkeepers were exceptional. On our last night we had a banquet in their banquet room in the front. The food was great and they had everything set up and ready to go for our event. The room itself was the perfect venue and everyone was impressed with the service and attentiveness to detail. If you are in need of any type of gathering or banquet do not hesitate. We hosted a bridal shower for my daughter at the Hilton Garden Inn in Hamilton. I have to say that from the moment I spoke to Missy & then Alex our experience was seamless. Alex was extremely responsive and accomodating. The shower went smoothly and was beautiful. The event staff the day of the shower were wonderful as well. I would book a future event here without hesitation.

We attended a wedding reception there and we were pleasantly surprised. The staff did a great job setting up and the cocktail hour was serviced very well. The staff circulated with the hors d'oeuvres and there was a nice selection of choices. We stayed in the king suite and it was very clean and decorated well. All in all a pleasant experience.

Water in shower was cold off n on other guests had same problem staff n mgr did care I ask for towels it took 20. 25. Minutes. Iron wad not good I ask for another Iron. Breakfast u have to pay for I did not buy Breakfast n. No free coffee thru day. I paid like 250 for my room I should get better service n coffee n Breakfast I won't stay therr

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn Hamilton and it was outstanding. The front desk agent was on top of his game with my check-in. The room was very clean and the housekeeping team was quick to respond to a couple of my special request. The restaurant food was excellent as I ate there my first night. Highly recommend this hotel for all my travel colleagues 100%

Very overpriced for the quality and room designs. Nice place as far as esthetics and amenities are concerned with nice outdoor areas. The hot breakfast was good but this is not the Waldorf Astoria! $$$
