Miles Technologies has the best employees! Jason Crook was absolutely amazing! He did everything he could to help solve my issue. He consistently followed up and made sure to keep me updated on the progress. He even worked on it after hours! He was pleasant and great to work with. He deserves a big raise! :)

Derek recently came out and installed my docking station and screen monitors. He did a great job. I mentioned we were having flooring done in the office as well and suggested me to place a preventative ticket just incase anything is messed up when they leave. I also placed a ticket with Jose about my printer and he was able to fix it easily and get me back up and running. Would recommend Miles for both their efficiency and their customer service. They did and continue to do a great job!
