I went to the Holman of Turnersville NJ on Saturday 2/25/23 to check on car listed below in picture. The middle car MD089957 the salesman said it was sold. I checked the website on Monday afternoon and the car was still there, so I called and spoke with a salesman named Alex and he told me the car was stick there but the keys were out with someone and he would call me back within an hour, never got the call. I sent an e-mail to the manager because as of 3/2/23 the car was still on the website, see attached picture the date and time is at the bottom right of the picture. Is 6 days too long to leave a sold car on the website? or is it they are trying to attract customers for cars that are not there, bait and switch? no matter what the thought process, this is not the proper way to conduct business in my opinion.

holman says they are "driving whats right" there definition of "right" IS TO CONTACT ME AT 3:30 AM TO TELL ME IM NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR A BASIC JOB INTERVIEW.

Clearly this company does not care about who they hire. Got a call for an interview extremely late after hours and more than a week after the promised deadline. Of the two interviewers, one gentleman was quite nice, while the other was condescending and demeaning the entire time. She also joined late and didn't even have her camera on. I clearly wasn't the demographic they were looking for and I'm lucky to not have gotten an offer from them as I wouldn't have accepted it anyway, they clearly don't care about making good impressions on potential employees

We have a customer that uses this company for payment and it's a terrible experience for us. This company does not care about your time or your money, they will seemingly go out of their way to make things difficult on you. They are so big and see so many types of vehicles that their employees don't seem to be well-enough trained on any one in particular and oftentimes aren't able to understand what kind of service we are trying to input, which leads to more questions and more wasted time. Would not recommend for anyone.

Steve the service manager was wonderful with prompt scheduling and helping me to resolve a warranty issue. My technician Justin was incredible. Friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Both made me feel like I was a valued customer. Justin solved my problem quickly and efficiently. Loved the video! Never in the past 15 years have I ever had a chance to see the underside of my RV. My friends marveled at it. Thanks for taking such good care of me!
